I called and they were able to come the next day. The tech showed up promptly, was very nice, and fixed our garage door. The trim was broken too. And he advised me how to bring a piece to their office and they could sell it to me so I could install it myself and save some money. They billed my credit card on file which is convenient. The whole experience was great.

The first words before I even started speaking to the customer service person were, "if you want us to come out today, it'll be an additional $450, plus the cost of fixing it", which was going to be another $400. Otherwise they couldn't get out for another week. I understand rush fees are necessary, but $450 is ridiculous. I called another company that had a $100 rush. If you're in a bind, don't call these people.

Our Tech was amazing. Very courteous Wore a mask. The thing that impressed me the most is how detailed he was. He programmed our OLD openers to work with the new garage door. He took off the silly yellow rope off the garage door. He picked up the tiniest pieces of garbage on the floor. Made sure the Wall switch cover was down. He made sure everything was perfect. A+

3 days out on a two-door spring replacement. In order to get same-day emergency service wanted over $500. Their quoted cost 3 days out was significantly more than the same day service I found and emergency service was over twice what I am paying to have fixed.

Great experience, it started from the phone call to the install. Phone skills Very professional, informative and personal. Set appointment, had follow up call night before installer was to come. Stu the installer called 1/2 hr before arriving to let me know he was close by. Wonderful experience with this company! I called after hours and they were very upfront about their after hour rates. I decided to call back and make an appointment for regular hours service. They called me first thing in the morning to get it set up, and I was able to get service in the same day! The guy who came was really nice, I think it was Ray. He explained what he thought was the issue then went to work fixing it. Afterward he showed me all of the things he did. I recommend this company.
