When I arrived home last night I drove into the garage as usual and the automatic garage door broke and would not open or close. A cable was broken and it didn't appear that I could fix it myself. I left a message for the company that I had installed the door and has done work for me in the past. (Thousands of dollars worth of work!) Also left them a message on their website.

Sent someone out the day after I called. I couldn't be home, so he called me on his way to the house to let me know he'd be there in 15 minutes (so I could stay by my phone). Called again when he got there so we could talk about the problem. Told me what he was going to do and approximately how much it would cost. Finished up and left the invoice in the garage.
