Ron is my to go guy for now on he's Professional and well knowledgeable and the AIr Conditioning Service. With 35 year under his belt he knows what to look for and not half do a good job! Excellent overall experience with The General AC company! Good pricing and easy to work with. Their computer system makes the buying system a breeze and allows for easy Communication via text and email for arrival and appointment times. Our technicians Vitaly And Josh were very kind and respectful of our home making sure to put down rugs on our floors and also communicated the breakdown of what the process was for each of their 3 days of working on our systems. We are still working on getting our new wifi thermostat to connect to our phones but for now we have 4 new units(2 AC, 2 heat) that are working perfectly!

I have used General Air for several years, and they have offered great service and products. Today, one of their technicians, Aaron Loftin, came out to a rental property to repair a heating system that was not working. He performed several test and determined the problem, and made the repair. He was very good to work with, and I would recommend Aaron highly.

It's not often that one receives service that exceeds expectations. The General was able to do this with the crews of Vitaly, Adam, Josh, and Will. The initial quote was done by Matt, who did an excellent quote by patiently explaining all aspects of what would need to be installed and why. Then, he provided a very competitive price. Quotes take a lot of time when done thoroughly, and the knowledge and professionalism was appreciated.

Everyone was professional as they were reliable, capable, knowledgeable. They showed up on time, provided excellent communication, and had a high quality installation. They maximized the crawlspace by moving ducts to more efficient locations as well as multiple other small details that greatly improved the system. General Air Conditioning Service Corp. installed 3 Trane heat pumps in our home in October 2008. They replaced 3 central air conditioning units. They did an outstanding job; I would highly recommend them to anyone. Talk about service, these guys were here when they said they would be and fixed the problem fast. I have an ancient central cooling system and it broke down twice in one day with two different problems.

In 1959 when General HVAC began I was only 6. My Dad was a heating & air man, the first guy friends called on when in need.
