Big Job, well done! Two units and furnaces replaced. This was a process made easy from the first initial call for an appointment. Ryan, the Mechanical Service Manager came out for the quote. All answers and thoughts were put at ease. The install was professional and precise thanks to Ben, Jack and DeAndre. Overall, great experience and highly recommended!

Corey at Dipple is a very kind and honest worker. He showed up on time, free quote, gave honest feedback on my houses general condition, even told me about somethings he tightened that he didn't charge for and at the end, I was charged $50 cheaper than originally quoted. I will 100% be going back to Dipple and Corey for more work. Also, as a side note, I felt very comfortable with Corey in my house while my boyfriend was out shopping. That is extremely important to me and other women and worth noting.

TLDR: Hire these plumbers. You won't ever go to anyone else. I don't need to tell you how hard it is to find good contractors. I honestly didn't think they existed anymore. Dipple Plumbing, though? These guys check all the boxes. They answered my phone calls, showed up on time, and made sure to explain exactly what needed to be fixed. They even ended up charging me less than they originally quoted me at the beginning. Plus they fixed stuff that other previous contractors messed up. I will never call another plumber again.

I rarely provide on-line reviews, but felt that my recent service repair led by Vince Harrell was exemplary and should be recognized. Vince was professional, courteous, and responsive in addressing my A/C coil replacement. I strongly recommend both Vince and Dipple for anyone's A/C repair needs.

Dipple Plumbing, Inc recently replaced my exterior service panel that needed a serious upgrade. The main service breaker was failing and causing intermittent outages throughout the day. We called Dipple, and they dispatched an electrician the next morning. Their electrician-Joshua, stands out among the best. He went above and beyond to expedite the work needed to remedy the issue. Josh explained the scope of work, provided it in writing, explained the estimate, and expedited all work needed to complete the job the next morning.

I am extremely satisfied with his overall performance, professionalism, and craftsmanship. I will be using Dipple Plumbing, Inc for my future projects due to this tremendous experience and recommend them to anyone else.

Last week Craig came out to look at the HVAC systems in a new house we just moved into. Craig called to let us know that he could come early which was great! Once he arrived he was very nice and great at explaining what he was doing and looking for. In the end he was able to replace a part on one of our systems. He left everything clean and let us know how to maintain everything.

The same day Eric came out to look at our water heater. We had worked with him at a previous location and was pleasantly surprised to see him again. He looked at our system and was able to walk us through all of our piping and options. In the end he was able to get a quote for exactly what was discussed. Very pleased with both technician's service. Will be staying with Dipple for both of our properties.

Eric from Dipple was awesome-- punctual, friendly and explained everything he did. He fixed the issue in no time at all and also gave us tips on what to watch for, and just general info on our hot water heater. Super job--very impressed! And very reasonably priced! We moved into our home last year and secured Dipple Plumbing to assist with our electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs. We signed up for the Customer Assurance Program - instead of a home warranty company. That was the best decision ever as we have not been disappointed! Ryan, the supervisor, is a man of integrity. He is professional, honest, and fair.

It appears that his team enjoys working with him and respects his leadership. All the service team members that have visited our home have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable about their craft, and willing to provide tips & education about how we can thrive as homeowners and maintain our equipment. I know I am going to forget someone - and I am sorry. but if you ever encounter Craig, Josh, Benjamin, Jermaine, Joseph, Justin, or Corey, you can rest assured you are in good hands, from our experience! Ryan and team, you guys are AWESOME!

Well-run company and we are very grateful for it. Our heat was intermittent during some very cold nights recently, and Justin came out, figured out what was going on and fixed it within the hour. It was very fairly priced, and he offered to waive the costs of the repair if we signed up for the routine maintenance plan, which was more than fair. Our family is grateful to have an honest business on stand-by!

Technicians were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I ordered a 50 gallon medium sized water tank. They showed up with a 36 gallon tank. I told them that was wrong. Went back and got a 47 gallon short tank. Still not the same as a 50 gallon medium. But was told that 47 gallons is a 50 gallon.

Seeing that it was close to the holidays, Dipple was going to charge $199 to come out after 7pm to look out our kitchen sink faucet, and $75 to come out on Christmas Eve. I chose Christmas Eve. When they arrived and diagnosed the issue, they wanted to charge $480 to replace parts in the existing faucet, which was nothing more than O-rings. Wade's Plumbing came out not even an hour after Dipple left, and only charged $75 to completely replace the faucet, and the faucet didn't cost but $40 and didn't take but and hour to work on it. Price gouging at its best with Dipple Plumbing.

They showed up on time, were very courteous and did a good job. Whenever they had to come back in the house, they put shoe covers on. Craig G, Chase and Kristie worked very efficiently to get the job done! Service:HVAC maintenance

I have a few reviews to leave for Dipple. They are working on their website and I'm unable to leave reviews on it yet, so I thought I'd leave all my reviews here. My husband and I have been using Dipple HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric for a few years now and they have been absolutely wonderful! On 1/23/21, our water heater went out late Friday afternoon.

I called Dipple and they had someone out that Saturday for us. Michael G. was the plumber and he did an amazing job! He answered all our questions, replaced our water heater, and did a fantastic job with the installation. He was so knowledgeable and very meticulous with his work. I can't say enough good things about Michael G. I'd definitely request him again for our plumbing needs. :-) On 2/23/21 and 2/24/21, we started hearing our 1 year old HVAC unit make weird noises (shutting on and off constantly).

I called Dipple and they immediately sent someone out. Ryan (HVAC Tech) came out and thoroughly looked over the unit. Turned out to be a faulty reversing valve which he said sometimes happens to new units as the parts are made by other companies. Ryan immediately ordered the part and had it picked up that afternoon. It was too late to come out the same day but Justin (another HVAC Tech) came out first thing the next morning to replace the part.

It was all under warranty so no cost to us. Justin did such a great job on the part installation as that particular is so hard to get to. Justin had to work for 3 hours hanging upside down into the A/C condenser outside. Now that's dedication! Both Ryan and Justin did fantastic jobs! :-) 5/17/21 - Ryan came out to complete our Spring Preventative Maintenance for our HVAC unit and did a great job. Ryan is knowledgeable, thorough, and very kind/considerate.

We had some special needs for this visit and Ryan was so wonderfully accommodating. We greatly appreciate it! We've used other HVAC companies in the past and we haven't ever had the great service like we get with Dipple. We are so glad that we made the switch and have been very satisfied Dipple customers ever since! :-)

Dipple plumbing is way over priced and they know it. I found a leak and called them out to repair it. They told me what they would do to fix it which my best guess would be $50 material and less than an hour of repair time. My assumption, including the dispatch fee which was already covered under the CAP, I'd pay under or around $200. Come do find out they want $750.

They will stand by this number as a quoted by "the book." I don't know who they trick into paying that much but they are incredibly overpriced. When I asked if I could talk them down I was told to call the manager or the owner directly. Apparently this was a hard stance and they don't even know what work is being done. They see a truck dispatched and a job is expected to earn xxx so that is what's quoted.

My plumber was very nice and happy to explain things to me. It is unfortunate that they have to deal with horrible management and pricing. I had hope for doing future business with this company as the HVAC team was more than reasonable to work with. Would not recommend, there are other local businesses that I'd rather support.

We had Dipple electric come out and install some fixtures for us. Josh was our tech. and he was awesome! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Some of the work that was done before him was done incorrectly, he quickly found the issues and repaired them the right way. We will need some more work done here soon and I'll be sure to call Dipple again and ask for Josh.

We recently moved here from NH and had a laundry list of items that needed repairs from our inspection report. Everyone that we worked with was very helpful, honest and thorough throughout the quotes & repairs. Billie, Ryan, Craig, AJ, Josh and Misty gave us exceptional service we are very grateful

My a/c was out for 3 weeks. The man that put it in would not repair it. I called around and no one would fix it. I called Dipple, they came and looked at it and within 3 days they came out and fixed it. They sent A J out. He said he would have it fixed within 4 hours. It was fixed within 3 hours. I would recommend Dipple to anyone.

Justin Howard one of your technicians was awesome! He was very courteous, conscience of our home and knowledgeable regarding the issue at hand. Want to congratulate Dipple Plumbing on the excellent work regarding our main water line replacement. Although Danny and Pat look young, they are knowledgeable, efficient and extremely professional. They not only completed the line replacement and subsequent clean up in a timely manner, but also kept us abreast of what and why and answered all our questions. Again, kudos to Danny and Pat of Dipple Plumbing.

Josh was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my home's electrical systems and made several suggestions. He also showed me how the connections in my breaker box loosened over the years, and he fixed them on the spot. He answered all my questions and gave me a sense of security.

Had the pleasure of having Joshua show up at our house to examine some electrical issues that we were experiencing. Within 5 minutes, I knew exactly what was going on and why, and he had it fixed within that time frame. He took his time to explain to us what the issues were and how they could be resolved and avoided for the future. An excellent employee that I recommend anybody request upon calling this company.

Chuck Dipple and all of the technicians are great! Adam is an especially fine young man. We do not hesitate to leave our home when he is working. We never have problems with work from any technicians from Dipple. We had one product defect in all of the years we’ve had dealings with this company. Awesome service and stand behind their work Ryan was out on Saturday within 4 hours of our call and worked for over 2 hours on the problem. Craig came out today and installed the new fan motor. Nice professional guys!

Had to have AC compressor replaced. Dipple did a thorough job diagnosing problem and installing new parts. System have another problem later in the week. Technician Craig came back and identified
the problem, replaced another component and tested system. He went to considerable trouble to make sure everything worked right and did so at no additional cost. Very satisfied with his work

The technician that helped me today was excellent. His name is Craig and he is very kind and professional. Having a wealth of knowledge about his trade after 16 years in the business, he patiently took the time to explain (and make sure that I understood) what was wrong with my HVAC unit before he did the repair.

Great overall experience. Very professional and friendly technicians. Fully explained my problem and resolution options. Had our plumbing issue resolved within a couple of hours after the call.

This is the first time that I've ever used double plumbing electrical division. Joshua and Mauricio were to find gentlemen as much care with my house as they did with what they did in my house. I am very impressed by the quality of work that they did him out of it have to do it in the ending results.

Can't tell you how pleased I am with this company. The young man who came to fix our shower and my daughter's major water leak was awesome. He explained everything so even I could understand it, was very professional and courteous.

I was at first steered away from using Dipple heating, electrical and plumbing for my new heating unit but I am glad now i went with their services. Ross found away for me to afford a unit at a time when I was not prepared to buy one but had to.

Poor would not describe the experience I had with Dipple. Their worker put his foot though a brand new ceiling. Not once but twice. Then left. I could not contact them since they would not answer my calls.
