Never in my experience have I had such a professional technician as Ray Powell. He was very honest in letting me know what was wrong with my system and that I needed a new capacitor. Ken arrived and determined that the exchanger was in good working condition. Ken explained to me some of the in depth technical info about an exchanger.

I am very pleased with the overall friendless of the Sanders team. They really work with your schedule which is wonderful. Today, they did service/maintenance on the heat pump. Tim D., the technician, was very professional. He did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting the unit. He took his time to check everything on the unit. He even washed the unit, which was a nice surprise.

Servicemen have been very professional. Now that the system died, they brought us window units to use until they can get in to replace the main unit. I call that great customer service!

Operating as Sanders now. Way overpriced. They charged my 85 year old mother in Spartanburg $715 to replace a blower motor in July 2015. Their spin was that a Trane part costs more. Coincidentally my A/C blower motor in Florida had gone out just about a month prior.

Chris Lipscomb came to my house on 01/27/15. I had no heat and it was very cold out. He found the problem within a matter of no time went to his truck got the part and I had heat within the hour. He is the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Extremely polite but not very interested in assisting in locating serial # and mfg. # for a unit purchased in 2001 for purposes of determining heat exchange warranty. Our suspicion was that they realized this was not a money-making proposition for them.

Been with them for years. They are on time and i see the same all the time.
