We were having some A/C cooling issues.and it being June in SC that can be slightly terrifying. Ashley came out to see what might be wrong and it was like meeting a long lost (highly skilled) friend. He was so kind and reassuring. He thoroughly checked the units.inside and out. Not only did he explain everything in detail but he gave me a few options and even showed me which would be the best value for us. I was so so thankful to have him come out and will surely request him for all future calls.

3 guys from the plumbing group came out yesterday to install a Halo 5 whole house water filtration system. Evan, Trey and Jessie did a great job. They help us understand the install process and how to run the system. They listened to me, answered all of my question, and I had alot. They were professional, experienced and very friendly. I'm very impressed with them. The install went very well and the whole area was cleaned up before they left our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys great job.

The crew that completely overhauled and installed all new plumbing beneath our house was the best group of professional Heating and Air workers that I have seen. They were careful not to track in the house, and would let us know when certain operations would be done so that we could be out of their way. Overall. we are very pleased with the Waldrop company and would recommend them highly.

Brent, Chase, Getty and everyone else I spoke with were professional, courteous, and did a great job in the SC heat. What started out as a service call turned into a replacement for two units, which was not entirely surprising considering their age. Waldrop got a technician out on a Saturday, then got a sales rep to my home the same day when I chose to replace. Brent and Chase and crew came out Tuesday and Wednesday to replace both units in the attic and outside, and once they were done you'd never know they had been here. Everything was left clean, except I had properly functioning AC. Thanks, guys!

The crew that was sent did a GREAT job. They were here all day and part of the evening. They made sure everything was running smoothly. Very professional and friendly. Scott was extremely nice and knowledgeable! We had called around to multiple places without any help but Waldrop was able to come out the next day and get us set up with a new thermostat and test everything out to make sure we wouldn't have any problems after they left. Thank you for being so responsive, courteous, and helpful!

Our water heater at our personal residence went out on Monday afternoon. After calling numerous plumbers Tuesday and not getting any offer of speedy service, my son said to "Call Waldrop!" I did and told them I needed a water heater installed Wednesday, and two hours after my call, their service truck and three plumbers showed up. They worked diligently for a few hours and completed the installation in the crawlspace.

These guys were Cole, Tyler and Emmett. Cole sent photos of the job to me so I could approve the work. It looked great, and my wife said the hot water was on! We received 3 quotes from different companies in the area. Waldrop was very competitive on price and very thorough explanation of what needed to be completed. I already knew Waldrop had a great reputation, but was not sure about price competitiveness. Once the price was close enough to the others, there was no question on who to go with. We enjoyed their digital scheduling and accepting of a quote without having to call the office. Very professional team!

My experience with Waldrop is always very professional and pleasant. The work was excellent from the person who came to diagnose the problem and explain the fix, to the technicians who performed the repair. The folks in the office are always pleasant and keep you well notified on the scheduling. I also appreciate the texts that notify you as to who is coming and when they are due.

The repair was done in short time and they conscientiously kept everything very clean. I have had a lot of work done by Waldrop and I have never been disappointed. They are the best.

Jimmy performed our hvac maintenance check quite thoroughly with professionalism and courtesy. He clearly explained issues and options. Charlie, comfort specialist, came the next day and explored 2 options for replacing the old furnace. He was very professional and respectfully found the best deal for us. Just had some other company fix my air conditioning unit for $790 compared to the $3400 that Waldrop quoted me. Waldrop installed my unit less than seven years ago. When someone came out to look at it the other day they told me it was going to cost over $6000 to repair or I could just get a new unit. A Waldrop sales person came out the next morning and basically said it was gonna be between $5000 in $6000 for a new unit.

I got a call from the service manager a little while later saying that the compressor should still be under warranty even though their guy who had come out for before said it wasn't. Service manager said he would get back to me with a price later in the day. Later in the day to sales person called me and quoted me $3400. I just feel like they weren't very honest and I was getting the run around. Also, the initial visit they told me would cost $89 but when the guy got here he tacked on another $67 for "diagnostics." I guess because I'm a single woman they figured I was an easy target. Very sad.

Waldrop installed our HVAC when we built our home. The house has cold spots, warm spots and many other issues with the HVAC. Now Waldrop refuses to come fix their errors. I would not recommend Waldrop as they have proved to me that they are NOT reliable nor are they ethical in the way they do business. Thumbs down for Waldrop!
