I had all 20 windows replaced in our house. Rich provided a fair price on a top quality product. Made a number of suggestions in replacement windows that added an improved appearance. The installation was completed by Kurt who did an outstanding quality job. I have coil siding on my house and that required additional finish work once windows were installed.

The crew Rich provided (Steve and his sons) was outstanding also. Decided to do a turn key operation on window coverings. Rich provided an outstanding professional, Robert Hernandez with Norman Window Fashions to work with us on the window coverings. His affiliation with Norman windows allowed us to select a top notch product that has really enhanced our homes interior and exterior appearance. Went with Custom Wood Lore Shutters on front of house and Custom Perfect Sheer Light Filtering shades on remainder. Outstanding quality products.

Highly recommend Energy Window Solutions for window needs. Update as of 02/04/2022 We purchased our windows and shades from Rich a year ago January 2021. Having gone through the freeze last year and the current freeze, I'm very pleased and impressed with the excellent insulation provided by the windows and shades. Significant improved difference noted with our inside temperatures.

Rich Ursetta is selling legitimately impressive windows and doors at an incredible price point. The overall value of what I received, between both the product and the installation, is genuinely impressive (and almost hard to believe). My wife and I purchased 28 windows and 7 exterior doors from Rich. Before we called Energy Window Solutions, we shopped several competitors (Pella, Anderson, etc.), but THANKFULLY we took a chance on Google reviews and decided we should give Energy Window Solutions a call.

Rich absolutely won us over when he came to demo his windows and quote us a price. We initially planned only to purchase windows and then we would do doors a few years later. BUT - after listening to Rich talk about the doors he could sell us (and the quality of the install job) we doubled down and bought all new doors, too. I am a hardcore home-owner DIYer.

I've installed my own doors and windows in a prior home, I've rebuilt exterior walls, rewired, re-plumed, laid tile - I am extremely picky about the quality of product and maybe even more so about the quality of installation. An expensive door or window is meaningless with a botched install job! From Rich's demo - I knew the product was going to be quality.

He showed me window cut-outs and door specs that absolutely convinced me these were superior, high quality products. I admit I felt skeptical about the install job - everyone always says "my guys are great". But, the price was so good overall that I figured I could fix any install issues if I needed to down the road. Great news though: Rich's install crew honestly is absolutely fantastic.

Very professional, highly skilled - and most important to me - an eye for detail and commitment to getting it right. I was here for almost the entire install job - I watched nearly every window and door go into it's opening (seriously I'm picky), and these guys did not let me down. From the placement, to the flashing, the foam, the caulk - I was so heartened to watch this serious investment in doors in windows be so well cared for in installation.

Awesome job installing custom frames and doors that lead out to our pool and bar. Outstanding craftsmanship and friendly gentleman that installed. They worked hard and finished the extensive job in 5 hours. They cleaned up the entire work area as if they had never been here. Super company, outstanding employees, superior product. Received multiple quotes, Rich is not the cheapest but knows this business and sells a superior product. You get what you pay for. Installation team (Kurt and Don) were great. Methodical and caring. Kept us updated from prior to arrival and throughout the process. Very clean, very thorough. We had just repainted our entire interior and replaced the wood floors and carpeting throughout our house.

They were very careful to not damage the new work (which was not as easy as it sounds and not a forgone conclusion based on some of the other contractors we experienced in the last 4 months). I have 38 windows and lots of coil work on my house. Energy Solutions came out and replaced them all and repaired things that had been done incorrectly in the past. The installers were great, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I have enjoyed not having ugly black sun screens. The blinds can be left up allowing me to see the out of doors. They have enough tint to give me privacy during the day. My house looks great and the power bills have dropped. I would recommend Energy Solutions for your Window needs.

Outstanding. Very happy with these guys. Rich gave us an estimate some time back. Estimate was in line or better than couple of other places I checked. Rich warned that lead times were long for manufacturers right now. He suggested it would arrive and be installed in May, and he delivered on that promise. The install crew (Kurt, Don, Ruben) were great.

Very polite, organized, clean, efficient. The windows look amazing. My only feedback would be that it would be nice with email receipts and some proactive scheduling communication. Photos shows before and after.

I have only the highest praise for the quality of the windows from Energy Window Solutions and the craftsmanship of exhibited by their installers. The temperature of our home is much more consistent and we have less noise from the outside. My wife and I are impressed that we can sit next to the windows during one of the coldest periods in recent history and not feel a chill.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Energy Window Solutions. We have already noticed a significant decrease in our electricity bills. The windows are certainly efficient and help keep the house at a controlled temperature. In addition, the noise from the outside is significantly diminished. Not only are the windows beautiful but they really live up to their advertising!

They installed three large windows that are triple paned. They removed three large picture windows in the front of my house which were sealed shut and installed triple pane windows. They replaced the wood and everything needed. The work was definitely installed and completed as expected. Wonderful wonderful installers.

Energy Windows Solutions replaced 23 windows and 4 doors. Major adjustments were required due to how the house had been built. The windows consisted of triple glazed glass with the primary glass, a thicker width than that offered by the other four contractors I negotiated with. The windows utilize a stronger core filled frame, special glazing and argon glass.

Installed 15 new energy efficient windows on the back of our now 20 year old home. The windows are triple paned with a very nice finish out on the outside. They open easily and tilt for cleaning. We had been looking at windows for quite a while. We had 5 different companies come in.

These guys were very professional, got in and out much quicker than expected, great people. my neighbors were also impressed with the products and craftsmanship so much that they both have now used energy windows on both of their homes. Three houses together.

of course after that i needed warranty work done and only had Richard, who is now energy window solutions, to turn to. Since the company had gone out of business i thought i was screwed.
Richard stepped to the plate and had someone come out to repair 3 of the windows - NO CHARGE. Bottom line - if you deal with Richard you are dealing with a gentleman. Highly recommended

Old windows set in stucco had to be cut out and replaced. They refilled in the stucco and did an excellent job. Most all other installers will not do more then just set the window in place leaving the damage to the stucco as done. It is very difficult to get another company to come in and do that repair of the stucco after another installer has left the damage.
