Nobody in DFW knows more about how to repair and properly install doors than Pro Door Repair. Jack, the owner, is an amazing guy with decades of experience and he can diagnose problems and find solutions quickly. We hired Pro-door to fix some battered doors that were poorly hung and they did an amazing job bringing them back to life. They were prompt, told us exactly what to expect, and then did an extremely professional job. It was really a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot recommend these folks enough.

My sliding patio door was well installed. Not the scratch in the glass at eye level Called many times and no response. They gave me for the installation many dates and then canceled the appointment. My biggest complain is that I was left with a deep scratch in the glass at eye level.

I hired them to replace a door and all the frame. On install I got the wrong door but they installed it anyway since it would have take them a week to replace it. I got a one glass lite but ordered a 15 lite. 1 glass lite seem to be the more popular choice. The door and frame was installed all by one installer. Since the install, the rot free door and frame held up to many rains since then.

Jack did great work for us! He had custom French doors made in a couple weeks and installed them as soon as they were ready. He and his crew were very accommodating and cleaned up before he left. I would recommend him to anyone in the future.

From beginning to end this was a terrible experience. Over $700 for a shoddy job and after I told the owner that I was unhappy and the door they "fixed" was still not working he threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay him that day. Just an all around terrible company and no interest in customer service. I would seriously avoid this company.

I see they have replied to negative reviews in the past on google. If they would like I can post videos of the work before and after for everyone to see. The doors they worked on both now don't close! Also they told me it would be $100 per hour and they don't up charge supplies, take a look at my invoice! I could have bought the supplies they used at Home Depot for less than $50.

As far as door replacement/repair service, I do not have a review, since I did not get that fair. I submitted a request 2 weeks ago to get someone to come out and look at my doors to get measurements to replace most of the doors in my home, and received a call back the next morning. Nice lady to speak to, had good information for expectations, sounded knowledgeable.

Our phone call was interrupted by me getting a call for work, and I asked the lady if I could get a call back in 30 minutes to schedule someone for this past weekend. Never got a call back. I tried to call back, myself, multiple times throughout the day, nothing. Called on different days, nothing. Left a few voice mails, nothing. Sounded like they would be great, but have been impossible to get a hold of.

Our project was a front door replacement in a 40 year old house. From the estimating for the project through the installation, Jack was there to help with insights on building code and information about the selection of doors and the installation process. The installation team arrived on time, paid close attention to the details of the installation and cleaned up as they worked. We would recommend Pro Door Repair. We had a great experience.

Pro Door Repair did a great job for me. I have an older house with four sliding glass doors that I suspect haven't been serviced in 20 years. The technician was a door pro and I saved a ton of money by servicing the doors instead of replacing.

Great experience. Jack installed a brand new front door on our home. The workmanship is excellent, and the door is airtight. Wish he had installed the other two exterior doors on the house. He also installed anti-kick plates on the new door and the other two exterior doors. I highly recommend Jack and the Pro Door Repair company if you are needing a new exterior door for your home.

Jack came out to do a free estimate, granted he made 2 trips on his own, we changed our mind and then he said we owe him $200 cancellation fee. I told him it was never in the contract. Now He's threatening legal action. Be careful with this man!

These guys came out to replace a sliding glass door on a house I own. I wanted a high quality door, and I definitely got that. The door is a gorgeous, heavy, and well made, exactly as I wanted it. They came out, took measurements, and discussed all of my options. The door was ready when they said it would be. They make their doors (at least they made the one I ordered) individually, in the DFW area, to your specifications. Cons: (1) it was NOT cheap, but I believe in paying for quality, and I'm happy with what I got; (2) the estimate included a screen door, which they didn't put on, and it took a couple of phone calls to get them to come out and do it; (3) this is another one of those companies where you have to chase down people to get a response.

I would happily use these guys again, and in fact I am just now trying to get in touch with them to put in a custom window. I love it when you find people you can trust to do good work. I would definitely recommend them.

Jack did a super job stopping all the air leaks in our doors. Our new to us home had several thresholds that had settled.now all doors close properly. He installed a new glass door panel with blinds in one exterior door. Spectacular work. Thanks Mr. Jack.

Did not return voicemail message. Sent Jack picture of door and all pertinent info for job still did not return call or reply to text. Called Jack and he bid a 2' cheap door at $2000. Way overpriced.

My son's home was broken into on Christmas night. they kicked in his back door. He lives in Dallas and I live in Virginia. Since my son had enough on his plate, I called Pro Door Repair on Dec 26th and they had one of their field technicians come by within a few hours and secure the door.

I had them out to do an estimate. They told me to fill out a form on their website subsequent to that in order to receive it. They never sent the estimate and wouldn't respond to several polite requests for it. They wasted 45 minutes of my time and I still don't know why.

Jack at Pro Door Repair was extremely professional as well as his crew. They replaced old wooden doors in one of my family rooms and the new doors look great. They were a pleasure to work with and would recommend them highly.
