Called because kitchen window had become cloudy. This company had replaced the window twice. To my surprise they requested payment like this was the first time. When I asked about warranty or credit for earlier jobs they would not reply!

Wow oh wow! I've had a couple of broken windows in my time and this is the first time using them! 5 stars all around couldn't ask for better install, windows, and service! I had the original cheap plastic fabric screens that came with my windows and after a few years they deteriorated to the point where I could make a hole with just a finger. I hated not being able to open them without having all kinds of flies and mosquitoes. I goggled countless screen companies and could not get anyone to even call back. Then luckily I found Boswell.

I emailed an inquiry and a few days later John the owner was out to do an estimate. I agreed on the.price and waited a couple weeks while they were being made. They came out today and installed them all around the house plus fabricating screens for my French doors. I can't be happier with the quality of the workmanship. These screens are gorgeous. Tight, square and pristine.

They look amazing, the ones for the French doors have these little pivot things that makes it easy to remove and clean. You can't go wrong with these guys, they are so so good! It's spring ya'll, let those windows open with no worrying about bugs! Boswell to the rescue.

Good experience from quote to completion. Prices are fair with other quotes that I received and my wife likes the fact that they are a "Mom and Pop" shop. Installation crew was professional and personal, I would definitely recommend.

I needed a large window replaced and got several estimates. This company charged half of what others had estimated, were timely, and always friendly on the phone. The gentlemen that did the work were courteous and professional. They did a great job ( very quickly!) and were very careful about keeping the area clean. I would recommend Boswell to anyone needing glass work done, and will gladly use them for any future glass needs!

Boswell is an impressive company. Reliable and honest. I would highly recommend this company for windows. I have 21 windows that needed to be replaced and feel Boswell was honest and were completely fair with there cost not blown out of proportion like so many other big name window companys. Small family owned business is the best.

We had our windows installed by Boswell in Nov 2014. Had gotten several quotes (a couple from the big home improvement stores). Boswell was the most reasonable. When Mr. Boswell came out to do our estimate he didn't try to sell us some fancy high priced window like the others. We purchased the vinyl with low E 366 insulated w/argon gas and 1/2 screens.

The installer was so nice and courteous and I believe his name was Bill. The company is very down to earth. Almost a year later and we love our windows! What a difference it is compared to the old aluminum single pane that we had previously. We should've done this years ago! We would definitely recommend this company if you want great windows at a reasonable price.
