Ajax Glass

Just called to inquire about custom-cut glass to go over two table tops, and the person my boyfriend spoke to was extremely rude. Definitely not calling back to request their services.

They were friendly with making a sale, but the glass table top I bought shattered randomly as my friend and I were carrying it to my new apartment, without any impact on anything whatsoever. Not good quality. They say it is an as-is sale so they refuse to do anything about it. I will avoid this place in the future. And yes I understand the purchase had been made several months prior, but that doesn't change the fact that the product is mediocre and faulty. It is the responsibility of the merchant to acquire excellent products to sell, and they do not fulfill that. Mediocre products reflect a mediocre company

Donald was doing some of our glass inserts up in mustang lakes for highland homes. Him and jacoby did a great drop, we're professional and prompt. One of our favorite subs!

Outstanding! I needed a small mirror for a project, and they came to the rescue. Exceedingly polite and helpful. When I got to the showroom, I discovered a dreamscape of different furnishing that should be described as art. Shower doors and enclosures in as many combinations. As a 'flipper', I have found my go-to for glass.

Old lady that helps with glass doors was rude. Unwilling to help. Little did she know I had plenty of money to spend, we have several projects to fulfill, won't go there again! that's how you lose business. I wouldn't even give one star!

Only giving 1 star to the AJAX company itself; however I would give 5 stars to theinstallation guys - Oscar and Ricky! Oscar and Ricky provided us excellent and knowledgeable customer service! Despite the lack of communication and overall poor management at AJAX, they maintained professionalism at all times. They are friendly and take good care of their customers!

The worst experience I've ever had with a company and customer service! I placed an order and they said it'll be about a week until it's done. When I called back a week later they didn't have the order on file! They said I never placed an order! Instead of the showroom manager owning up to the fact that SHE FORGOT TO PLACE THE ORDER she got an attitude with me demanding for my card Info to place an order! At this point being RUDE because I asked how can she guarantee it'll be done this time if it wasn't done last time! I will spend my money elsewhere!

After several repeat visits to the showroom the same friendly and pleasant greeting exist. Kim and her staff suggestions was really a great help. I greatly appreciate Julio craftsmanship too my personal creation. 5 star appreciation.

Kim and her staff were so patient with me picking out hardware for my kitchen and bathrooms. Allowed me try several different colors and options. Good group and great selection! 5 star!

The sales staff was friendly and professional. The installers did an excellent job. I would recommend Ajax Glass to anyone who wants their project done right.

Ajax is a great company we have ordered three times so far. A mirror for are antique dresser, tempered glass for are patio tables and a another piece of glass for coffee table. Oh and some beautiful sun catchers. The ladies there were all very polite and helpful. We highly recommend them.

Randy F.on BirdEye 4 days ago 4-26-2021: I was looking for an obscure 1/2 glass shower door (barn-door type) bottom edge protector. Drew knew exactly what I was looking for, found it, cut it to size and I was essentially in and out in about 5 minutes. Great service and Kim handling the transaction at the front desk was very kind as well. Not the easiest thing to be on a Monday morning!

I had two glass inserts custom made for my coffee table and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. Kim, the showroom manager, treated my small order with a lot of attention and care, which meant a lot to me. I had measured the inlay areas as carefully as I could and thought both of them were exactly the same size. But when I got home with the glass inserts one of the inlay areas turned out to be a little bit smaller. Julio trimmed the second glass insert 1/16 at no charge and it now fits perfectly just like the other one. Thanks to Kim and Julio for making my experience there a fantastic one. I'm looking forward to going back and purchasing some decorative items in the very near future.

Our master bath reno was just completed. We ordered our shower door and wall glass from Ajax. Ricky and Brian came to measure and also installed their product. They were prompt both times, called ahead & adhered to current covid guidelines. Our condo was built decades ago; nothing is square in measurement which causes concern when remodeling. Their work was terrific, everything lined up & finished off expertly.

They even wore shoe covers on carpets without me asking! We are very pleased with Ajax service & product & would definitely recommend. Sorry, can't get photos to load. We used frameless, rain glass w/chrome hinges & door handle. It's beautiful!

We recently moved to Fort Worth from Houston and contacted Ajax to cut a custom mirror for our master bathroom. From start to finish, the job took less than 1 week and the finished product looks great! Oscar and Jose came out, measured, and then came back and professionally installed our mirror. Everyone I dealt with at Ajax was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. We had great communication regarding when they were coming out and are so pleased with the final product.

My experience with Ajax glass has been wonderful! From the first day that I visited the showroom, the staff was friendly and Mr. Flowers was very helpful in helping me find a solution for my residential glass needs. I used Ajax Glass for 2 renovations at my residence and could not be more pleased. I had several options for glass companies and the clear winner was Ajax. I was impressed with everything from start to finish. I was pleased with their high level of quality and customer service. The installers were efficient, knowledgeable, and took pride in their work down to the smallest detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a very nice experience at AJAX today. the associates were very friendly and helped me get everything I was looking for. I definitely recommend this place to find good and nice glass and home decoration.

Buddy Moses just might be the most unprofessional business owner I have had the displeasure of contracting with. I did business with his brother for a decade with flawless customer service and production. I ran two complete failures of both with Buddy. He's rude, a bully and doesn't have the slightest concept of how a customer should be treated.

His team doesn't communicate effectively and their quality controls are non existent. Most recently they invoiced us incorrectly, we brought it to their attention that their invoice was lower than the estimate, they said it was accurate and we paid. Today we were threatened with litigation if we didn't pay them the exact amount we notified them that their invoice was short.

All of this being after years of loyalty from our company. It will be a cold day in Hell before I do business with them again and I will go out of my way to let everyone in my circles know just exactly what type of business they run and what kind of reprobate Buddy Moses is.

Excellent job of removing 3 mirrors without breaking. One was almost 10 feet long. Oscar and Jose are top notch professionals.

I brought in an old Humpty Dumpty broken insert to an old added on storm window. the frame was in 4 pieces with the gasket and broken pieces of glass attached and dangling. They had it repaired, with a new pane of glass in 24 hours, and under $25! I thank you so much, as does my old wooden window. I remember you all from your West Vickery days.

We ordered a custom table-top and it was cut beautifully. It was ready for pick up in less than a week. The price was great. We did not have any trouble with service. Everything went well when I ordered, when I picked up, when I called to see if they carried those little bumpers, and when they called me to let me know the order was ready.

I had called to get information about replacing the glass in two frames and was told if I brought them in the morning I could get the glass cut that same day. So when I dropped off my frames the next morning they told me it was going to take 2 days. I was a little disappointed but I understood. 3 days later, I go to pick up the frames and was told they weren't finished. They're quick to take your money just not in any rush to give you your items back!

Ajax installed a custom shower door in our guest bath that was cut incorrectly. A service call to remeasure was scheduled but Ajax never showed up despite repeated calls. Unless you are a large builder, it appears Ajax will push you to the bottom of the list without even the courtesy of notification. I used Ajax because I knew Arthur Moses. So much for that!

Ajax installed a 3” beveled mirror border on a large vanity mirror...what a difference it made to an ancient builder install. Looks like a brand new showcase piece! It was a pleasure to deal with your professional install team!

I guess because I didn't have a "million" dollar project, they just couldn't be bothered. Wish they would have just said so from the beginning. I walked in on a Thursday looking for glass shelves to be installed in my master bath. I was told they couldn't give me an estimate on the spot even though I had measurements because I wanted them to install.

In other words if I was going to pick them up from the store and install them myself, then they could give me an estimate. Nope, I wanted them to come measure and install, so I was told someone would be there on Friday (8 days later). Of course, she couldn't tell me when on Friday. I would have to call on Thursday and they would then give me an estimate of when someone would be at my home.

She took my name and phone number and put me on the list. Barely frustrated at this point, but I'm flexible and was willing to work with that. So I called on the following Thursday and the person who answered said he couldn't find my name on the list. I explained my visit on the previous week and he handed me off to some other person. She (I think her name was Karen) said I was scheduled for Friday between 2 and 4 pm.

Also said she would email some information to me about the different brackets used to hang glass shelves. Never got the email. No one ever showed up on Friday. No one ever called to say why. Basically, just lousy service provided by incompetent people. Found another local glass company that was able to give me a bid over the phone! Imagine that! And sent a rep (who was courteous, on-time, intelligent and knew answers to my questions) to measure two days later.

Not only that, but an employee at their store called me to say he was on his way and would be at my home in 45 minutes. Delightful! They called me-- I didn't have to call them. I would love to name them, but I'm not sure this will be published if I do. I'll just say it starts with Mansfield. So bottom line, I didn't exist for Ajax Glass and now they don't exist for me. Will never use them for any more projects on this or future homes.

I used Ajax Glass to replace a glass pane above my bathtub. They did excellent work and their prices where reasonable. I would recommend Ajax Glass to all.

Unpleasant visit to Ajax Glass. I needed someone to talk me through a problem I am having with a window and all I could get from the girl at the front desk was you have to buy a new window. Wish she would have let me speak to someone who could have been more helpful.

Large display of mirrors and helpful staff, they even have a desk with crayons set up to keep children distracted while they are waiting. It seems a bit understaffed as they stag was overwhelmed by the number of customers they had to help.

We had a wonderful experience with Ajax! We had some issues and needed our mirror fixed right away. They were able to come within 2 hours and take a look and brought us back our mirror the next morning.

This company was recommended by my contractor, who is based out of Ft. Worth. The crew came out on 9/2 to measure the new shower for glass. They returned on 9/23 to install the custom glass. One piece (out of 3) was installed before they realized they had measured the largest piece wrong.

Debbie and company were a great help when I came to them with a picture of a bathroom mirror I wanted to replicate. They were very patient with me as I continually researched ways to make the mirror just right and were very resourceful in finding the necessary parts needed to achieve the modern look I was going for. I have used them from everything like cutting a mirror down to size to a full bathroom redesign. I highly recommend them for any project.

I visited Ajax today in hopes of purchasing a stationary side glass for a shower because the one that came in my shower door kit was a 1/2 inch to wide at the bottom due to the walls being out of plumb.
