Super happy with Optimal Windows. We were able to customize our windows to actually increase our viewing area and even reduce the total number of windows needed. They were super fast to manufacture and install. Matt truly acts as a consultant, not a salesman. His install team found a manufacturer defect in the glass during the process and he was quick to submit the warrantied replacement. I probably would not have noticed the imperfection on my own, so I appreciate that attention to detail! Highly recommend both Optimal Windows and Burris Windows!

5 stars really aren't enough to adequately describe my experience with Optimal Windows (because I wish there were more)! Matt and his team are honest, professional, and superior in service and installation. My windows were installed last year and I have seen a sizable difference in my electric bill this summer. I received many bids for window replacement prior to choosing the Optimal team and found them to offer the best value and service.

We had the best experience with Optimal Windows as our windows were in bad shape and in desperate need of an energy efficient upgrade. Matt, the owner, was extremely patient, gave us cost saving recommendations and went above and beyond to achieve our goal of adding a sliding glass door. He walked us through whole thing and it genuinely felt like he cared about getting us what we wanted and needed.
He stood out from the other companies that had given us quotes. Our neighbors were so impressed with his work that they hired him immediately after they finished our house. Also to add, we just received our first electric bill after the window installation and we saved we're impressed to see the immediate results. We can't recommend Optimal Windows enough.

After receiving 5 separate quotes for our new windows replacement, we chose to move forward with Matt Boud with Optimal Windows. He was never pushy, very informative and patient throughout the entire process. He was constantly reviewing the work of his crew, keeping us up to date on the status and always triple checking to make sure not only we were satisfied but that he too was satisfied.
He was truly a pleasure to work with and the final results not only look amazing but we have already noticed after one month the benefits in our electric bill. My neighbor had their windows replaced by Optimal Windows so for me it was natural to get a quote from this company. When compared with other companies, pricing was better while specs are similar. It took 14 weeks for ordered windows arrival due to Covid-19 pandemic and supply chain issues that affected global industries, but when 32 windows finished installation to my 30 year old home that took another week for detailed workmanship, I felt long waiting was worth. Looking forward to electricity cost savings in coming years. Kudos to Matt and his installation crew!
