I would not recommend this company. Extremely difficult to get a hold of via phone, text and email. They had to come out multiple times to repair what they already repaired. I have officially given up on them and would absolutely not recommend to anyone! I am calling another company. The response from this company is indicative of my experience- wrong.they may be "online" but they send people out to fix problems.
The pool equipment that was supposedly "fixed" was not fixed and after $700.00 was spent on the problems you would certainly think it should be. Finally, when someone did come out the problem was fixed for a day and then broke again. In addition, we discovered yesterday another area they worked on is failing.

I have used SPW for parts and repair for several years. The key to my loyal business is unrivaled customer service. I was willing to drive 50 miles R/T to their Scottsdale shop for years. Now, their service is mobile and comes to my house for pickup/drop-off and I can buy parts and supplies off their website. These guys go all out to make things right for me at a fair price.

We have owned a pool for three years now and as being novices in pool care SPW has helped us numerous times in correcting our chemicals, etc. They are friendly and professional and I love the free delivery service, fast and convenient! I can't say enough good things about them. I appreciate being able to support a local business instead of having to get expensive supplies from a big box store. I will use SPW as long as I own a pool!

I purchased a pool cleaner from the Swimming Pool Warehouse eight years ago as I was referred to them by a close friend. The cleaner purchased ran flawlessly but after eight years the rubber wheels were worn so I contacted the SPW to secure a replacement. The knowledgeable SPW representative suggested they rebuild my existing cleaner in lieu of purchasing new as it was one of their quality products and was worth the investment. SPW picked up my cleaner in the morning and returned it later in the day looking brand new.
Several weeks later a plastic piece fell off in the pool, so I called SPW who responded immediately, picked up the cleaner and returned it a couple of hours later, again looking like new. These folks truly, walk the talk, great professional service in real-time! Thank you SPW - best Donb

Our pool was emerald green and our equipment had multiple problems. Ed and his crew met the challenge by sticking with the challenge, repairing the equipment and initiated a plan to better keep the pool clean and usable. Our pool is large and in definite need of consistent care. I now have them on a weekly basis. Ed doesnt just send out his crew.
