Cascade Roofing

Last year I selected Cascade Roofing to inspect and then replace my roof in Portland. I had used them to replace another roof a few years ago and they did a great job. This time I made just one call to Cascade for this job because of the great job they did on my previous house. Daniel from Cascade was professional and easy to work with on pricing, scheduling, installation and final clean-up.

They replaced the roof quickly and did a fantastic job. A roof is not something you want cheap work done on and I am again very pleased with Cascade Roofing. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Cascade reroofed my home. They installed a new plywood deck and Malarkey shingles. My home looks 100% better. They replaced the ugly mushroom vents with a great looking ridge vent. The job was done in three days. And the cost was reasonable. There workers were pleasant to work with. And they cleaned up 100% of the debris. This company is the best.

When Cascade Roofing removed the old asphalt shingles they uncovered significant damage due to a troubles with the previous roofing 18 years ago. Their work was spectacular and they kept me informed as they continued to uncover the hidden and unexpected damage so that there was no surprise. They also provided photographs of what they found which really was a nice touch.

They took the time to clean-up diligently and left the property in great shape. We are very satisfied, their work is top notch. We have a top-notch roof now - vented and solidly constructed. We didn't know what we were missing.

We are totally happy with our new new roof and gutters. This is the 2nd home Cascade has put on a new roof. This is a very professional company. The crew have worked for the company for many years and know what they are doing. They are honest and do top notch work. I would recommend them without reservation. Not the lowest bid in town, but If you want top-quality craftsmanship and customer service you can count on, give them the job. They employ their own crew, not fly-by-night guys, and they treat them right. The result is beautiful work, good old-fashioned service, and a roof you can be proud of. They have a way of letting you know they appreciate your business too. I can honestly say 4 years later, I am extremely happy with my roof!

After receiving bids from four contractors, I selected Cascade Roofing Portland. Though they were not the least expensive, they were competitive. My neighbor used them a year ago and was very pleased. The whole process with Cascade was professional, helpful, no high pressure and top notch quality from the sales on through to installation and clean-up.

They replaced the roof using their own team and did a GREAT job! They finished the roof in one day. The only thing they subcontracted was the guttering which they disclosed from the beginning. The subcontractor however is one they have used for years and the only one they use. Great working relationship and communication between the two companies. Very pleased with the work and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Cascade Roofing - Portland! Their integrity and quality is refreshing!

We had an awesome experience with Cascade Roofing. We had a 3 layer tear off and needed all new sheeting and roofing. The estimator came out and told us what to expect, they were competitive. During installation the crew was clean and respectful of the property and they worked very hard to clean up from the huge tear off we had. The property was kept spotless.

They worked hard every day to minimize our disruption. It was like watching a well oiled machine.they had a system in place for everything. Tarps to haul off the old and systems for adding the sheeting and roof. It was completely done in 3 days! They had 8 people working on our roof. It was incredible. Highly recommend!

Our experience was a positive one from the get-go. Nels Goranson is a pleasure to deal with. He estimated 45 days lead time, but had a very capable crew out here in 3 weeks and they were finished in a day after delivering the materials the day before. The next day the very personable Stan came out to inspect the job and showed up with a huge Coleus plant.

We are happy with the customer service, attention to detail, timeliness of the estimators and roofers. I was pleased that they had painted all of the pipes coming up through the roof the same color as the trim. They also added open valleys above the chimney (the chimney off the line of the ridge).

We chose Cascade Roofing Portland based on your website reviews etc. They were very polite and professional throughout the process. The initial consultation and bid process was low key and comfortable. They were thorough and detailed. Once we placed a down payment (Minimal), they said that they would be able to get our roof done in September or October based on their schedule.

Clayton with Cascade looked at our roof several years ago & bid the cost of replacement; however he told us we did not need a new roof yet - we had a few good years left with the existing one. He was straight with us, did not pressure us to buy a roof we did not need.

Nels Goranson made a thorough inspection of the roof before giving an estimate of costs, which he explained in detail. The crew was well organized and careful to protect the property. In addition, the crew was efficient and completed the job in a timely manner.

Cascade Roofing Portland did an excellent job. When the old shingles were removed, the workers took care to protect the windows, shrubbery, and lawn. No debris was left in the yard. It took them only two days to remove the old shingles, put on new shingles, replace two skylights, add vents, valleys, and drip edges and clean up. The roofers were conscientious, polite, and pleasant.
