Had an emergency at work due to property management saying that a leaking sink of ours was leaking into the parking garage below us. Pacific Plumbing thankfully got someone out to us the next day (we called probably 10 other companies). Chance was sent and he was extremely professional and took the time to look at everything to conclude that it was NOT our business that was causing the leak. He was very honest about what we needed done and didn't try and sell us on things we didn't need. 10/10 experience!

I'm not sure how to start this but.if your looking for a company that puts people honesty and and a willingness to help before business then I would recommend Jessica and Billy. The phrase that I will remember was Jessica saying "I don't care if you have us do this job I'm just interested in understanding what is going on?" That's not a phrase that you hear often if at all in any type of professional work that needs to be done.

My wife and I were looking at spending thousands of dollars in a plumbing nightmare that had us living in a hotel for week. We didn't really have time to look around but I felt I had to make a call and try to get another opinion knowing that it would mostly likely be another company maybe not asking for as much money but still an amount that would hurt us financially.

I went to google a plumbing services and saw the 4 1/2 start review on pacific plumbing and was lucky enough to speak to Jessica. My feeling of her was that she was interested and wanted to get to the bottom of the situation. The (next day) she had the city come out spend a couple hours in front of our house. Billy another employee of pacific plumbing was on the phone with me the next day as well and was able to talk to the city inspector that was looking over our plumbing asking questions I did not know to ask.

About an hour later the city inspector informed me that they would take care of project. It's still a shock as I'm writing this but I felt I had to get this out and can't thank them enough. I don't know what else to say but I would absolutely recommend pacific plumbing with Jessica and Billy being employed there.

I had a leak in my pipes that stopped dripping out of the ceiling but had not stopped leaking inside the crawl space. They found the problem point, fixed it with just two small drywall cut outs between studs that will be easy to patch. They were in, fixed it, & out in just over an hour. Nice guys, friendly scheduler. I highly recommend PPD!

Would highly recommend using this company if you are in need of any plumbing or drain repair. Chance (employee) has been absolutely phenomenal, reliable, and respectful, professional and has gone beyond the call of duty. If I ever need another plumber this is where I'm going. Can't say enough great things about this company. I had an emergency sewer problem (my sewer line was crushed) and within days they had scoped my sewer, identified the problem, and sent a crew to do a full sewer line re-route. The cost was half what the "national companies" quoted me! Everyone from Jessica in the office, to Dwayne who scoped my pipe, to Billy who ran the crew to fix my problem were professional, responsive, and accommodating. I hope I don't have to use them again, ha! But if I do, I will IMMEDIATELY call these guys to take care of me and my family. Thanks PP&D!

My wife woke me up at 0600 due to our sump pump in our crawl space being on. I found our crawl space flooded and I was unable to fix it. They had Dwayne out to my house super quickly and long story short he was able to find the issue, fix the issue, and make my like a whole of a lot easier, for a price well under what I was expecting to pay. I am currently using Pacific Plumbing from now on due to the amazing service I received from the start of my issue to the the end. I would recommend 100%.

DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED! We paid $699 for a clogged sewer line! Drain Cleaning $205 Video drain cleaning $439.59 Tech (Bradley Fischer) confirmed the job was not done but was going to charge my card either way ( option of progress payments was not offered) but would come back to finish after he specifically requested we get the the septic guy out ASAP (so that he could finish his job) to cleanout the septic tank and expose the distribution box. Tech only cleaned baffle that truly did nothing to solve our problem and knows that which is why he requested we open up the distribution box, he himself said that to finish the the job he needed to jet the distribution box & leach lines. 2 days later I got the septic cleaned out distribution box exposed for him and turns out he could not come back and finish unless we paid $225 more.

Our problem was not resolved, we paid and additional $510 to clean out the septic and expose the distribution box for him as he requested and did it all as fast as we could, to only be left in the dark with our problem. We know the leach lines need to be jetted to solve the problem but that's something the company is not willing to do unless we pay more $$.

Before paying for their service I confirmed this was a guaranteed job and he said YES OF COURSE, I also called their office twice spoke with front desk (Alexis) and specifically confirmed there would not be an additional charge for him to come back out since he himself confirmed he was not done. My husband tried speaking to them about the problem to understand their side but both front desk (Jessica) and Bradley himself kept saying that I must of misunderstood.

As my husband spoke to them the woman in the background would giggle at my husband's comments ( very unprofessional ). On top of that they tried saying that he spent 4 hours at our home cleaning the baffle which is untrue. He spent about an hour in his truck just trying to figure out how to charge my card. We are completely DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED with the service. Our problem was not resolved and we dont know who trust. We feel like this plumbing company took advantage of us and could careless about our situation.

I was waiting for them just to show up for the estimate, but they called me 2 times to reschedule. They called on the last minute, which is the original appointment date. I arranged my work & waited for them "TWICE"! Finally, I told them to cancel my appointment, because their perspective wasn't reliable. I want my house project has someone more reliable to handle it. I'm glad I didn't hire this company. Not professional!

Pacific Plumbing came through when we had a clogged toilet (main line) on a Sunday (and Father's Day, at that). Dwayne arrived within the 2 hour window and had our (one and only!) toilet up and running within the hour. I called in the evening about 8pm about a sewer back up in the basement and they had a crew at my house the following morning at 8am rescuing us. How does it get any better than that! Thank you very much!

Dwayne was very friendly and professional! He checked the garbage disposal thoroughly to make sure it couldn't be repaired and then replaced it when it couldn't be. He was also very nice to my kids who wanted to see what he was doing, he explained what he was doing while he worked. Dwayne took the the time to test the garbage disposal after it was installed to make sure there were no leaks or anything. Thank you for the great work!

Where the others just speculated, found nothing or were baffled and left saying sorry, he kept looking till he found the problem. Nobody else persevered like he did and that kind of customer service/satisfaction is very rare nowadays.

We only have positive feedback about Billy at PDS. We have recently completed an extensive remodeling on our home, and one the most important aspects of that remodel was ensuring our drain system was functioning properly. We ended up having Billy at PDS out twice for two separate items, and they were both expertly done at very reasonable costs.

I called dozens of plumbers, and none of them could get to me to even DIAGNOSE the issue for a full week, until I called Pacific Plumbing and Drain.

Even though I do not live in the Portland area. My nephew referred me to John at Pacific Plumbing and Drain. John came highly recommended! And I have to say that John was WONDERFUL! Our septic system was not working and not only was John trouble shooting it with me over the phone he helped me by talking to a local plumber to make sure we were getting a honest, and knowledgeable person!

Billy C was very professional, he was very educated in what was needed for our drain systems. We had a extremely clogged drain and Billy continued to work to get it cleared. We were really impressed to see everything that was moved like our basketball hoop and hoses we put back exactly where they were found.
