LCS Heating & Cooling

My 24 year-old AC went out, so I decided to get both the furnace and AC replaced. I chose LCS because they don't have any gimmicky commercials and they get excellent reviews. They absolutely lived up to their reviews! We met with Tony and he gave us options without trying to oversell. Tony is very knowledgeable about what LCS and Daikin provides and about residential HVAC systems in general.

The installers, Luis and Mijail, were on time and very professional. They worked for about 10 hours to install a new furnace and AC. Although they encountered a defective manufacturer's part, they were able to get everything up and running. Then, the next day, they returned, once again, on time, to install the part. I was glad to see this kind of service provided by LCS. Thank you! I definitely recommend this company!

Nikki came to service our air conditioners, we have three. She was patient and thorough in explaining what was worn and no longer functioning properly. I wanted to know no only the call at of the repairs but the risk involved in not doing the repairs. She had a picture of the burnt looking parts and the readings from the diagnostic work. I did not feel she was trying to sell me anything and we decided to do the repairs.

I noticed missing screws from the shield and she repaired those as well. Just a little extra. She was polite, thorough and very professional. I hope LCS values her as much as we did.

LCS has been incredible since day 1, before we even closed on our home. They have always had someone out to take care of us the same day that we call in. I had an incredible experience with LCS. From the first phone call through to my appointment, all points of contact have been insightful, respectful and thorough. Our service technician, Travis, spent the afternoon with us yesterday reviewing our system top-to-bottom and was extremely educational and truly went above and beyond to help us understand current state operations as well as techniques moving forward to optimize the performance of our system.

As we are new to the Midwest, his thorough explanations of the geographical nuances that impact heating and cooling comfort were incredible. He was respectful and patient in explaining everything he was doing and some things to consider moving forward. I would highly recommend LCS!

LCS was recommended by my son. We needed some work done on our old furnace and the technician came on Super Bowl Sunday, and was very nice to help get our old furnace running. Our old furnace was very old and had many issues, and it was determined it needed replacing. LCS came out and did a complete survey of what we would need for a new system. Listened to all the things that we wanted for our heating and air conditioning concerns.

They came up with several options that served our needs. We made our choice to what was the best solution for our house and needs. The installation was outstanding. The technicians/engineers were outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful to work around me, as my home office is next to the furnace room. They completed the install and cleaned everything up like you wouldn't even know they were there. I appreciate the great work and wonderful team at LCS that helped us with our new system.

Highly experienced furnace technician! He spent time going over every detail of our old equipment, recommending how he would maintain it to extend its life and then when to know to replace it. We hope it'll make it one more winter, and we will absolutely trust this company whenever it's time to replace it.

We had LCS replace our 20+ year old furnace about 3 years ago. After searching reviews and checking pricing. We felt that their pricing was competitive. During and following the install they proved to be professional and customer focused. Today we had an annual heating tune up and our technician, Jason, was professional, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend LCS to anyone looking for Heating and cooling maintenance and repair.

I have used LSC Heating and Cooling commercially many times in the past and have been extremely happy. I had a need for HVAC maintenance and checkup at my home. Once again, the manner in which they conduct their business is amazing. My wife scheduled the appointment and met with the Technician. My wife is a tough cookie and rather particular. After the appointment, she approached me with how impressed she was and how nice it was to deal with a professional company that has the customer in mind. I have rated this company in the past but felt necessary to do it again considering the latest experience we had with them. You cannot go wrong with this group of folks.

Jose arrived timely with his team on scheduled date - very professional and worked efficiently throughout the day. Dylan arrived as needed later and the group finished a complete HVAC installation within the day. Explained all actions; respected both our outdoor landscaping as well as our interiors. Would strongly recommend for service and value.

I love the LCS team! From the office staff to the techs, all are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I tend to forget when I need to schedule my maintenance but I never have to worry with LCS as they contact me via text, email & phone to remind me when it is due. I love that they send the picture and likes/interests of the techs that will arrive for service. Thank you LCS for great service!

My experience with LCS was excellent. A little over a month ago, they installed a new AC unit to include the Air handler in attic. I personally had not heard of the brand Daikin, but research quickly told me it was a very good product with a superior warranty. The new unit is so quiet. We love it. The installers were truly amazing, skilled and very professional.

A couple of the installers had an exceptionally long day due to some challenges in my attic and misc other things (no fault of installers), but they got it done in a day as promised. I was also impressed with how the office handles the customers/transaction, in particular, Gretchen. Post install, she quickly emailed me everything I would need for my records in terms of invoice and warranty info.

These are things I would not have thought to ask for. Every office call I made (prior to installation) was a pleasant experience. As a thank you for my business, I received a cool gift and some of the best cookies I've had in awhile - SO GOOD. Would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend based on this experience.

In the past I have used LCS for maintenance and repair as well as a new thermostat install. Samantha is always pleasant and helpful as the point of contact. When my a/c lost the refrigerant I added last year I decided to upgrade to a new system vs find and fix a leak on an old system. For reference I have a heat pump / electric heat. Tony provided an estimate with 3 options based on my needs and budget.

Didn't try to upsell me on something I did not need. Dylan and Mijail showed up on time, did a great job on the install and clean up after. Walked me through the new unit and answered any questions I had. I have consistently had a good experience with LCS. I like to work with local businesses when I can and I am glad I found them.

Nikita surpassed my expectations in all aspects! She was informative and did honest work. In the past month I had other companies come and see my system and all of them try to fix things that was not the problem. Just overall wonderful costumer service. She even helped me bring a large box into the house. Something she offered and didn't need to do. I would recommend this company but specifically this technician!

My AC was out for 7 days in this God awful heat. I could not take it anymore. I sent a desperate message on Thursday night asking about service and God bless Gretchen Tilley for responding. We messaged back and forth on facebook.

I just want to say thank you to Travis Lucas the owner at LCS Heating & Cooling. I received a call and pictures to follow from my wife in the middle of the day that we had water in our basement, hadn't rained in a few days.

LCS always does a great job keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter! Thanks to Rick for coming out and getting our AC working upstairs so we could sleep comfortably again!

Fantastic experience with LCS. Our heater blower motor had gone out. We first called Airtron. We had to schedule an appointment for 3 days out. When they made the appointment, they gave us what we thought was a very high quote; we declined their service.

Igor has come out to our home 3 times in the three years we have been in our home (1st home for us as well). He is always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He has always explained to me what was wrong, the options we had to fix it, and the cost.

This was my first experience using LCS, and will definitely not be our last. Our technician, Mark, was amazing. He was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He got to our house a couple of minutes early from the scheduled time.

Technician was very punctual and competent. Both the tech and the office secretary were very polite and helpful. Had to get a condensate pipe unclogged and during the course of the visit, the tech realized the old piping was poorly installed.

Travis has been to my house twice in three years. Every time he is polite, professional, and honest. Needing a repairman can make you feel exposed and vulnerable, not knowing if your lack of experience will lead to someone taking advantage of you.
