Having some potential issues with ice dam on our roof, so I called last Tuesday ( Tuesday the 29th)to schedule an estimate for today ( Feb 4th) Well, they never showed, when I called to check the status, the woman on the phone ( not who I spoke with last week), told me I was not even on the schedule?. I mentioned to her that the girl I spoke with last week even repeated back to me the day and time for estimate, I was told " you are not on our schedule ").
I was also not told some important information when scheduling estimate as to whom needs to be home, also a fail on their end. Whats funny ( or not), is these guys were recommended via someone else. Terrible experience and will not be using Universal for my roofing needs

I would like to let you know that my husband and I are very pleased with the work you did for us. Our roof was hail damaged and the insurance covered a new roof and it looked very nice and your employees were so professional we decided to have you do our windows as well. I can't believe how nice my new bay window in the family room looks.

Universal roofing did an excellent job with our roof! We had hail damage from a big storm that hit Omaha, NE. We called universal roofing and they came out very quickly, they are so friendly and knowledgeable! We were also very pleased with the work they did, it was high quality! We would highly recommend universal roofing!

My 20 year old roof had old wind damage that the company representative noticed. He met with my insurance adjuster and the insurance company paid for my new roof. The work was done quickly and very well. Universal Roofing kept in touch with me throughout the process, and were always on time and polite. They were easy to work with, did superior work and very affordable!
