I called and ask for the same day service they said they need some information in order to tell me if they can do it today when they got all the information they told me we're gonna pass it to our project manager he/she will take a look. And he will contact you in 72 hours. What is a nice lady but she didn't understand what I'm trying to tell her I don't need in 72 hours I need it right now. And from beginning she knew that they don't do the same day services why can you just tell your customer sorry we cannot provide service today.

When we bought our house the inspection came back with some roof issues that need to be addressed. Pro roof's quote came in about the midrange of cost but the project manager spent a good deal of time exploring options and even noticed an different issue and gave us a referral to someone who could help us with it. So we went with Pro Roof. Communication was fantastic. Roofing crew was professional, job got rescheduled due to bad weather but when efficiently once the weather cleared.

Our journey to getting a roof bid was a treacherous one. After contacting 5 companies for estimates we received 2 estimates. One was several weeks after we were told it would be sent. Pro Roofing was the only company who got right back to us and followed up with us till we had at least another bid we could compare to. They provided references who I contacted and received a response from.

All had wonderful things to says, the feedback was essential in our selection process. They in turn are who we choose to roof our home and we have no regrets. It was such an amazing experience from start to finish. We went from a cedar shake roof to presidential shingle. From the very start, the estimate with our Sales Rep Max Capestany, who was attentive to all our inquiries and responded promptly.

He made the all around experience smooth. Our project manager Christian held the same standard of conduct as well as the crew. They were very respectful and did a great job with the clean up. Leslie who provided our invoice was quick to fix a billing error. Every obstacle we incountered they tacklled it quickly Again the service we received is really how all service should be. Held with a high standard and human interaction.

We are truly impressed with the service, the product and our roof looks wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are looking to get a new roof. Total professionals.

From the estimator coming out to the finished product these guys did a great job from start to finish. Materials were delivered on Wednesday, with all the rain they had to wait til Friday to begin and were completely finished by end of day Sunday. Impressive job and the price was right!

The roofing business seems to be filled with A LOT of scammers and ProRoofing showed integrity from start to finish. I would have rated a full five stars if I felt like they weren't spread a bit too thin across a few too many projects, but ultimately I'm really happy with the results and I highly recommend working with them on all your roofing needs!

Our new roof was installed on the hottest days of August 2016 at which time roof vents (RV38 metal) were replaced with ridge vents. I agreed to this even though I was skeptical due to the windy location of our house. John B. assured me that they would work fine. They came back right away to fix a few things (before I would pay in full): 1. Installed Lead Pipe Jacks as originally agreed 2. Replaced a couple shingles that were damaged 3. Replaced damaged gutters January 2020 - they promptly came out and fixed a shingle that blew off. February 2021 - Very fine snow blew in thru the ridge vents.

It melted and left 3 leak spots on our ceiling. I contacted them repeatedly for a few months. After I already gave up on them, they said they would order materials and be out to fix it (by removing the ridge vents and putting back the original type of vents). Someone did show up for the appointment but no work was performed (just measurements). I let Joshua know and he said it would be (re)scheduled that day (in September). That's the last time I ever heard from them. Bottom line: Their 10 year warranty is almost worthless. Do not convert to ridge vents if you live in a windy spot.

Set up appt for roof repair - we had all info for what was needed done. They said it was $150 for the service call and would be applied to repair total if we moved forward. Said great, gave green light. We were given a day and a four hour window for service. The day and time pass, the guy never shows. We call and they get ahold of him, and he says he came by four hours earlier than scheduled and would give us a quote by email. What?

It was a pretty straight forward simple repair. But ok. So we wait. No one sends any info. We call again a few days later. Someone says the manager will email info. A few days later we call again, still nothing. It's been two weeks now. No info. No call. Nothing. The only bright side to this is we never got charged the $150 for the guy to come out, but honestly, I don't think he came out to begin with. Do not recommend.

Installed our roof a few years ago. Everything in the beginning was great. Sales rep answered all our questions, was responsive and we felt confident in having them install our roof. Their crew came and installed the roof without any issues. They were clean, courteous and professional. They even came back on the weekend to finish up on some small details they could not finish the previous day because of rain/darkness. However, once they were paid in full the level of service took a sharp decline.

They recommend having the roof inspected yearly to prevent any issues. Called to request the inspection they last couple years and one of two things will happen, either no one will call you back or they will tell you someone will come out to perform the inspection on a certain day and no one shows up. Like the roof and the sales/installation service but the follow up in the years after is very poor.

We had an issue with a squirrel in our ceiling (between floors). Pro Roofing installed our roof several years ago. I called to see if they would come close the hole(s) and how much would it cost. They said it is covered no problem. Not the answer I expected but was I excited! Thank you Pro Roofing for standing behind your work!

I was referred to them by my contractor for a small cedar shake repair, but they wouldn't even give me an estimate without paying them $150 upfront.

Been working with these folks for years.they are by far one of the most professional and kind people in their industry

Pro Roofing NW did a great job cleaning, de-mossing, and applying moss repellant. A messy roof looked pristine when they were done. Next day the gutter crew came and replaced the crumbling gutters with steel gutters. Careful, professional work. The gutters look better than ever, and were placed to divert water away from the house, unlike before. Completely recommend this company.

Pro Roofing NW to the rescue! Had some roof issues due to sloppy work from a different installer. The team at Pro Roofing were responsive, honest and fair. They gave a detailed estimate of the work to be done and explained/showed the issues at hand before any work was done. The team is very knowledgeable, efficient and kept the work area very clean. Pro Roofing was very prompt in response and had excellent communication. They came same day on a roof leak and temporarily sealer it before they could fix it permanently the following week. I also hired them to clean my roof and gutters and they did an excellent job at that as well. Would definitely recommend this company for their quality work and customer service.

Moved into a house in Bellevue area that had the original roof which was in dire need of replacement. The entire team was great to deal with from Alex (owner), Leslie (office manager) to Jesse (sales). Price was great, and the team that did that installation was on time, worked extremely hard, didn't leave any mess and the finished product look fantastic. I would highly recommend giving Pro Roofing NW a call if you need roofing work done.

The guy who came to estimate the roof repair did not even go up to the roof after we asked him to a few times. He only looked from the ground level and how a Roifing company can assess the problem without going up to the roof? I hated that the estimator is not thoroughly examining and would not address our concern. I would never use this company and I wouLd not trust them.

Weather conditions lead to a longer time frame around Thanksgiving than was scheduled. The crew worked hard and were very responsive to move vehicles off site so that there was room for guests at our house and others on the cul de sac on the holiday. The roof looks great, and crew did a good job of cleaning up the site each night. Jesse our salesman gave good background information, and the price was competitive.

Very satisfied with the entire process. Jose and team did a great job. They cleaned T the end of each day. Roof looks great. Great to work with and went above and beyond to complete our job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Pro Roofing NW to anyone in need of a new roof. They were awesome. SPK

I had them put a roof on my house 4-5 years ago. They didn't mention the chimney was failing, so fast forward to now. I have a demo crew scheduled to take down the chimney. I called multiple times AND sent emails to arrange in advance a repair and some vents for a new bathroom. No one responded. The day the demo was done I called again, and was told they don't do repairs. Called back, got another person who said they only do repairs for existing customers.

I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER! Next day, Jose comes over. No business card, quotes over $900 for a small repair and some vents. Fine send me the write up. He says they are available in "a few weeks" which gives me time to get a pipe on the furnace vent. No written bid, 2days later next thing I know, I'm at work and he is telling me he is on his way to my place to do the repair.

I told him in writing, do not get on my roof, we have nothing in writing. Multiple back and forth, with an email from him showing up stating the price, but not all he was to do and no company name! Back and forth, he sealed up the roof after I told him not to, and now I cannot use my heater unless I want to die from carbon monoxide. I sent emails to the company asking for a supervisor to call me on Monday.

Here it is Wednesday, and I had to call AGAIN asking to speak to a supervisor. Alex calls me and tells me the company did me a favor fixing to roof, he will not have the rest of the bid done, and advised I get someone else to vent the furnace. He told me Jose screwed up, but because I am asking for someone to fix this mess, clearly the company would rather dump the client then be ethical. He refused to put anything in writing, telling me doesn't have to. Buyer beware.

The roof on our house was replaced. There were 5 roofing layers that were torn down. We chose to use TPO as our new roofing layer and also got the downspouts, scuppers, vents, and fans replaced. We are very happy with the results and the way the job was done. We chose Pro Roofing NW due to the way John Borbridge handled our interactions. He was prompt and clear in answering our questions and concerns and worked with us to give a good price on the estimates.

The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections.

We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. They also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them). What stood out to us was they worked with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!

ProRoofing installed my roof & in the process of removing the cedar shakes a window seal was broken. It was not like that when they started so I can assume the ProRoofing crew caused it. I sent pictures to the salesman & 3 or 4 people looked at it. I sent the cost to replace thinking they might pay for part of the replacement. They said they didn't do it & that was the end of it. Also, after completion they wanted to look in my attic; I had to provide the ladder (lucky I had one) & the flashlight. Seems kind of weird. The roof looks good but not impressed with the customer service. They have insurance & could have covered part of cost of what their crew caused.

Did amaizing job in short time and according to the budget that was wstimated and agreed. I definatelly recommend them for roof replacing and fascia repairs.

ProRoofing redid our entire roof. We took off the wood shapes and put on the new ones. They completed the job within the time frame given and cleaned up after themselves. The workers were polite, friendly and no problems.

Pro roofing exceeded my expectations in customer service, workmanship, quality, and price. Do not waste time with other companies. Consider Pro Roofing first and you will not be disappointed!

I was fortunate enough to plan ahead to have my 27 year old roof replaced. I chose Pro, as they only do Re-roof work. In my view new construction work, has cost corners cut. Well, the nails, underlayment, flashing replacement, and new flashing were it should have been, is awesome. Add to it the clean up, nails/Staples, debris was terrific. Cost was very competitive, and worth every penny. It's a 30 year investment, pick the best! Thanks to the crew and Rob Paul.

I was having difficulty finding a good outfit to come look at a cracked sky light at our house. I found Alex and Pro Roofing's project manager John. John was out in no time to take a look and the next day we had a replacement at a great price. Great to work with, and no issues with the repair. We'll look to them when we need the roof replaced.

I went to Pro Roofing to have the roof on my house re-done. I thought that their price was good, it was better or at least on par with the various prices of their competitors. I liked their timeliness in particular, they arrived on time and and always let me know when they were running late.

Pro Roofing's roof installation damaged two skylights. One, with a crack, was readily replaced. The second, with seal damage, was finally replaced with Pro Roofing covering 50% of the cost after a great deal of haggling but, the contractor would not readily take ownership of the damage done, causing a lot of undue stress. Much of the actual roof install was done very well, however, there were multiple places were the roof would not pour into the gutters any longer after install, which we are told is an issue of gutters being old, however, this was not an issue before the roof was replaced.

I am still waiting for the newly installed, badly dented garage roof vent to be replaced. We cannot recommend this company for the delay in dealing with issues and for the contractor not taking ownership of the skylight damage without the stress of argument. We're so disappointed as we thought so highly of this company before these issues arose. Update: The vent has never been repaired/replaced and remains badly dented.

Please note, I am both the tenant and the property manager. The actual owner did not do the final walk through as he is not in the country. We managed the bid and installation oversight. We had no contact with the person responding to this review.

ProRoofing came out to the house I was selling and replaced some boards that were tore-up from the satellite dish and they really did a great job. They were really nice, professional, and they cleaned up afterwards as well. They were prompt and worked very efficiently so they did not need an extension - I definitely appreciated that.

I am quite happy with how the work from ProRoofing went. I had them come out and do an install of the roofing on my home. The workers were very prompt, and began working right away. The work was done quickly and without any issues. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their service!

I was really impressed with the work that the guys over at Pro Roofing did for us. These guys did everything that they said they would do for us and they did it in a timely manner. They were seriously so quick, they were just in and out which was really nice. When they finished they cleaned up very nicely which I definitely appreciated.
