Got a call from my tenants that there was water coming through the ceiling which is never good. I called Jimmys roofing which was highly recommended to me. They put my mind at ease and knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Was also able to pay online with a card which was convenient. Prompt good price and it looks great . Thanks!

Due to several extremely rainy days, my roof developed a couple of significant leaks. James and his assistant were able to come out the day I called to fix the problems. They took pictures of the damage as well as the repairs they made, keeping me well informed of what they were doing. I am very pleased with their timeliness and professionalism.

June 15, 2022: Requested roof inspection from Jimmy's Roofing because we noticed what appears to be a water bulge in the living room ceiling. We inspected the attic, and didn't see any water leaks. We may need a new roof. Was told roof inspection would be $220/hr (effective from travel time from job to destination) + materials. They may repair roof same day, which I doubt because they probably don't have the right roofing material to match roof. Unfortunately we have to rate Jimmy's Roofing in order to submit. Disappointed.

Called Jimmy's Roofing because they had replaced the roof on my home in 2011. They did a beautiful job at a fair price. I call to have my roof on my pole shop repaired. Received a cold call from Oscar today and I am offering input from the perspective of a potential client. If you are hoping to do generate new business/clients, it is *highly* advisable to respect what you are being told & information you are being given. I politely explained to Oscar after he repeatedly asked to speak with the owners, that as their assistant I was happy to pass along any information he'd like to share but that they are not and would not be available for him to speak to.

Instead of providing that information and potentially earning a chance at new business- he repeatedly asked to speak with the owners. As a note, rephrasing a request 4 different ways- does not change the answer you're going to receive. It was extremely off-putting, disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand the nature of sales and cold calling, but to completely disregard what you are being told/asked is going to cost you guys a lot of potential business.

Lack of communication and far from impressed! We reached out to Jimmy's back in mid July for a quote on our roof, after speaking with several local roofers Jon from Jimmy's seemed to be the most knowledgeable. and actually took the time to inspect our roof to determine the root cause of the leaks we were having. Due to his diligence and knowledge we decided to go with Jimmy's for our new roof, we are now seeing that was a mistake.

They were originally suppose to start on our roof on August 24th, the project manager Mike Gibson came out the morning of the 24th and placed a Jimmy's sign in our yard and left, about an hour later I receive a call from Mike explaining that there had been a.

Jimmy's Roofing recently replaced my entire roof. Jon Mathes is knowledgeable, professional, punctual and a good communicator. The job was started and completed timely. The crew was punctual and efficient. The job site was clean at the end of the day and when the job was completed. I recommend Jimmy's and would use them again for my roofing needs. Worked with David out at Jimmys roofing. This guy was brutally honest, and beat competitors while still providing equivalent products. I won't mention names but he was the middle competitor of three quotes and had The best mix of quality and price. He was more than $12,000 under the top price quote for the similar materials and work. I will update once the work is done.

All of the roof workers were courteous and considerate and cleaned up as they went along. The job was completed in a timely manner and very professional.

Contacted Jimmy's Roofing for a gutter clean. It took them a week or so to get back to me but that's understandable this time of year. Once contacted I was able to set up an appointment within a week. The gutter cleaner fellas communicated with me well, showed up when they said they would and did a fine job of cleaning our gutters. I am a business owner and Jimmy's Roofing services our rental building. All employees I have come in contact with from this company have had great customer service! Mark especially has always been a great help with all of the issues and projects that have come about through the years. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He, and the other employees always take time to explain what they find, the repairs they made and what to expect.

They are also wonderful at showing up when they say they will! I would recommend them to any commercial building landlord, business owner or residential home owner if you are in needing roofing services!

I recently had Jimmy's Roofing (Mark & Ethan) out to diagnose and repair some leaking gutters on my home. The needed repairs involved repairing the roofing around a chimney and took an entire day. I have used Jimmy's Roofing previously to replace two skylights, so I know the company does quality work. My recent experience was also excellent. Mark & Ethan were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.

They explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions before starting. They cleaned up the work area so well it looked better than before they started. I will definitely use Jimmy's Roofing in the future.

Well, what can I say? It was a very frustrating experience, but in the end, Jimmy Stroh, the owner, stepped up to the plate and and made everything better. Jimmy is one of those guys who really takes pride in his company and his reputation. He is definitely a stand-up guy. And the roof itself is fantastic and should probably last 30 years or more! Also, Jim Huntsman (different guy than Jimmy) is a great guy and worthy of my respect. Even with the problems I had, I know for sure, if I ever need another new roof, the only guy I'm calling is Jimmy!

I had a great experience. I am buying a building that Jimmy's Roofing did 2 yrs ago, they came out the same day I called, listen to my concerns checked it out and took pictures and are assured me that it all checked out just fine. Great, prompt service, a great job making sure I understand and all around impressive.

After several tries the owner himself made a stellar move and restored my faith in this company. Now I understand control over employees is very difficult, but they represent the owner and their work is a reflection of him. That being said, when and owner himself takes pride and ownership in his company and employees, that speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers.

Everything went perfect from the estimate process to the final walk through. The proposal process was the most professional I have seen. The communication was also excellent. There isn't anything I can say that did not go perfectly. The crew was great and cleaned up every day. I recommend Jimmy's Roofing without reservation.

Horrible company. Never fixed my roof and send a massive bill. When I tried to explain it to them they turn the bill over to collections.

Don't use Jimmy's Roofing. They did show up promptly but the work they performed made the leaks worse. I wasn't impressed with the guys that showed up- acted like they could care less about their job. They tried to push me into doing unnecessary work. Then they charged over $ 800 for the short time they were there and now I can't get anyone to call back & discuss the charge. DONT USE JIMMY'S!

This place has horrible customer service from the time they arrive at your doorstep. They will charge you the full price on materials and keep half and they will always charge for time spent at the hardware store. The work quality is what you might expect from an amateur doing odd jobs and their is no follow up when the job is faulty. And believe me they will get their money. The bill makes it quite clear that the customer has no recourse unless they want to be out hundreds more and deal with collectors.

Patrick took pictures of where my roof was in most need of repair. The pictures were clear and precise and he used arrows to indicate where exactly the damage was done from a wind storm and just being a old roof. Patrick gave me three choices of roofing projects from the least expensive to the most expensive. The prices were comparable to other. roofing businesses.

I selected the most expensive as it fit my needs now and in the future. Jon Watson and his crew were like a whirlwind. They removed the old roof and placed the new roof in three days time. Enough time before the first snow fall last fall. Their work is totally awesome. My new roof looks like a masterpiece! There was some expected.

We were very impressed by the workmanship of our roofing project. Our Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question we had and explained our options. He did a remarkable job of checking with us and following up. The working crew was very good and professional. They were very respectable and also answered our questions that came up during the project.

I was shocked to read the one negative review on this business. (The not posted reviews match my experience much more) We have been using Jimmy's Roofing for at least five years. We have never been charged drive time or any questionable fees. We have used them in both of our homes for many things including emergency repair on our shop after a wind storm, Spanish tile replacement on our home, fixing several leaks on a 100 year old Victorian and even gutter cleaning. I have had to deal with these nice folks many times and they have always been upfront, honest and fair. I highly recommend.

Im a painting contractor in Spokane and I use Jimmy's roofing when a customer of mine needs roof work done. They are very dependable, skilled and will answer the phone when you need them most! I just called to have them fix a leaky roof and they were all over it! Most of the time its like pulling teeth to get work done. If you need your roof repaired or need a new one, Jimmys is the way to go, they are highly reccomended!
