I was amazed to come to the reviews and find complaints on this guy and his driving. I was on the road and this guy was going slower than the speed limit so I decided to pass on the right. Later he was in the rightest lane passing everyone. He then proceeded to cut through 3 lanes of traffic to get in front of me. Cutting me off without a blinker.

He was in a business truck so I decided to call and make a complaint for the aggression. The guy driving answered, proceeded to tell me off and hang up. Real professional, don't know what this guy's problem is but he's definetly not safe on the road.

Not sure about their roofing abilities, but nearly running my truck and employee off of hwy 90, then telling him he shouldn't have been doing under the speed limit in the fast lane as a reasonable excuse is extremely dangerous and unprofessional.

Tim did a professional job installing our flat roof and when it was accidentally punctured (discovered by a rain storm) he quickly came out to fix it. I highly recommend Flat Top Roofing!

Would not hire this company I paid almost $20,000 for a new rood and they did not do what they said they were going to do and my rood still leaks the same as it did before I paid this company to do a tearoff and reroof and he will not answer any phone calls or text messages.

They seem professional and trustworthy. I paid for a two year warranty, and less than one year later, the roof leaks like a sieve. (But it really is a very old roof) I have had a lot of difficulty getting him to respond to my calls. Finally, after almost a whole week of leaking and dripping, I had to hire another company, and it cost me $300 bucks.

Tim and his crew were very easy to work with. Tim came all the way from his location to Tri-Cities, Washington to do my roof. he kept in constant touch with me via e-mail and telephone. Flat top roofing finished my roof before the snow fell!

All (4) roofs are over a 9 year period, the latest installed in the Fall of 2012 on a 15,000 sq ft bldg. I have not had one problem or issue with any of them. They are not the cheapest, but their attention and quality shows, believe me. I speak for my partners when I say, you get what you pay for! Thank you Flattop Roofing :)

Excellent Workmanship! Flat top roofing did excellent work on our office building. They took the time to explain the process and kept us updated on the progress. Tim is a great guy and we highly recommend them.
