Lam was great! He was very professional and friendly, and outlined the costs of everything very well. We had to do a last minute additional repair which he was able to take care of right then and there. Lam went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and taken care of properly. I have used this company for many years for my A/C and heater repair and maintenance, and have always been very pleased with their service!

Ethan and Alan came to my rescue when my air conditioning system stopped working during hot (97 degrees) days. I have sold my house and was in the middle of packing. This was on Wednesday late afternoon and the last day in my house is next Tuesday. They went above and beyond obtaining the necessary parts and were at my house a little after 9:00 a.m. this morning, Thursday, installing the parts. In a short time, the air conditioning unit was up and running. Can't describe how glad I am that they were able to complete the job so quickly and efficiently.

Was able to get the AC installed the next day when the 22 year old system quit in the middle of a heat wave. Got a Lennox Elite MERV16 installed. Paid a pretty premium to get it installed next-day. Had issues with the initial installer who couldn't finish the job in one day as promised and cased a AC leak. AA took care of the expenses, but was a major pain considering the premium paid to get it in.

Fast forward 3 years, MERV16 had been God sent considering airpollution and the ability to clean the air inside the house. The house smells fresh even with a puppy inside the house.

The install team including Sergio and another young man(sorry cannot recall his name) were very professional and considerate. The job went like clockwork and they finished on time. They kept the area cleaned up and left the home without any mess. I had some trouble with personalized settings on the S30 thermostat. Sergio came back and worked with me until the kinks were worked out.

Again very professional, respectful and patient. I recommend the company based upon my experience with the install and follow up. I do not want to forget the sales person, John Norton. He also was clear, professional and straightforward with his layout fo the job that was to be done.

I used this company through Costco. They installed a new furnace and AC for me which I was happy with. The Honeywell thermostat they sold me fried after four years. Even though it is under warranty for five years, they wouldn't honor that warranty. They push hard for you to be on their service plan. don't do it. They don't stand behind any of their work unless you are on their service plan.

Because it has been getting down in the 40s at night I had them install a new thermostat rather than freeze for a night or two. They charged me $518. for a thermostat install! The thermostat is a Honeywell 5000 that can be purchased at Target for $67. It's not even programmable like my previous one. I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to overpay. I will never use them again. I am going to Home Depot or Lowes tomorrow to get a better thermostat and install it myself.

This company is not honest. I found them through Costco. I'm surprised Costco would be connected to them. Salesman came to my house for an estimate. I told him the estimate amount from another company for a 4 ton unit. When the installers showed up, they had a 3 ton unit. When I talked to their office, I was told that if I wanted a 4 ton, I would have to change my entire system for an additional cost.

So I agreed to the 3 ton. When they installed the unit they dented it and didn't say anything. They also tried a couple of times to have me replace my ducts. Last thing done was the thermostat install. I told them there was no off switch. They said I could control it from my phone. This didn't work. After all of the inspections, I was still trying to get the fan turned off.

I finally had to call them back to replace the thermostat. When they came back, I was told that the issue was my furnace. I repeatedly told them that there wasn't an issue before they replaced the thermostat. After arguing with Chuck for several minutes the thermostat was replaced with less expensive unit. Problem is now solved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I'm sure they will have a response and try to twist this as somehow being my fault. Doesn't matter, nothing can change my experience.

Our AC/heat system was installed a few months ago. Alvaro and his team were great! Very considerate and prompt. They arrived on time, explained the installation process, were clean and put down floor coverings, finished daily within the agreed time and overall the installation was completed as promised. There have been NO issues with the cooling system, we haven't used the heat yet, but I would expect the same.

We also had an electrical panel upgrade which was done by their outside contractor. Everything passed the state and city permit inspections without any problems. Not any reflection on Alvaro and his team, but the company had a couple reps stop by during the installation process who entered my home without announcing themselves and it was a bit of a startling moment, but turned out fine.

The total time seemed long since we had to wait for state and city inspections which took several weeks. Again, NOT a reflection of the installers. Thank you for a job well done!

Ethan was very thorough, clean and quick in doing our annual winter service. Following the service he reviewed some of the add-on products available. We had been thinking about adding one of the products for the last few years, a device that kills microbes from the air circulated through our house.

Experience was excellent beginning with my first call with Joyce. She managed to get Ethan to our condo in spite of a tight schedule. Had good advice. Was professional and caring. Ethan was prompt, professional, capable and interested in getting our problem solved.

Very satisfied with Ethan Padilla's work in performing scheduled maintenance on my system. His manner and easy explanation of all items checked was very good. He also made a very good presentation of Air Scrubber system, which I am considering.
