This morning, while driving on the 210 West toward Los Angeles, their driver almost hit me. He came over from the far lane without looking. He came inches from my bumper, and when he almost caused an accident he corrected himself only to cut me off again, causing me to throw on my breaks. Then, after almost hitting me, he had the good nature to throw his cigarette out the window. What a disgusting display for Evolution Mechanical!

We had Aran come out to our house because our AC wasn't working. He didn't seem to know what he was doing as he had to call every step of the way. We needed refrigerant which was added. Aran didn't check for leaks so we wonder how fast we will start losing what was put in. After about a half hour of work he quoted an unreasonable price and my husband said pack it up and leave. After another phone call he quoted about half the price and we felt we had no choice. Don't make our mistake.

After dealing with multiple AC repair companies. Nothing compares to Evolution Mechanical. Extraordinary operation really customer focused. There were a few hiccups, which sometimes it's expected for an old unit that we have. We were in process of selling our home the first open house was in a few days. They were able get us an appointment before the open house and temporarily resolved the issue.

Then for some reason it didn't work again. I was panicking that day when my real estate agent called me and said the AC is not working. Now, this happened during the hottest month of the year! Luckily, Niko came out and was able to get the unit fixed. They came out same day because we had an emergency. It was just one of the those things with older units and the they were able to fix it.

The most important thing for me was, they didn't leave us hanging! They have the good old fashion customer service attitude, great communication & follow through, and provide great advice on tips and tricks to better use our AC. I was amazed by how well they executed and reliability of the company. These guys are officially in our contact list if any issues with our AC happens again. Thank you so much!

We recently used Evolution Mechanical for a water stained ceiling in our home. Not only did they send an employee out the SAME DAY, but he was on time, neat, personable AND professional.
