I have used Rooter Hero Plumbing twice now and I have had only great experiences. Everything from scheduling a service over the phone to my communication with the plumbers has been smooth-sailing. George helped me out today. He was on time, friendly, and communicative throughout the process of his work. He was very quick too, he solved my plumbing issue within less than an hour! First of all, we had an emergency and couldn't turn the water on to the house until our pipe was replaced. Rooter hero immediately told us they'd serve us same day. They came in about an hour. I called 4 others that said they could come Monday or Tuesday, leaving us with no water for the long weekend. Thank you, Rooter Hero. The tech they sent, Kyle K. was professional, helpful and solved our problem.

He was also a pleasure to have in our home. We feel the price was very fair and Kyle fixed our problem quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and will request Kyle for our service. Thanks again!

Amazing Plumber came to save the day! Mark Flores comes out and seen my bathroom was backing up into the tub. He came out and got the line clear. And later crawled under the house to check if the pipes were in good condition. Good thing they are.! I'm so glad I called and I will be calling them again. The $77 is above and beyond. David G. Was a very pleasant ray of sunshine in my moment of distress. He was very knowledgeable and personable guy that was also very professional. He put Dow mats and blankets to cover his area. Took him a minute but then the clouds parted and sun came shining through. Very very nice guy that hopefully I run into on the street. Great guy. Love to have him as a personal plumber. Trevor was amazing! We had a backed up drain and toilet in our only bathroom and called based on their online coupon. We got a call from Trevor a few minutes later and he said 60 minutes and was right on time. He went over what he was going to do and fixed the issue quick. He cleaned up after himself and went over everything. Best customer service I've had in a long time.

Thank you Jake for the thorough job tonight. House clogged on a Sunday night at 5pm. Black water filling up bath tubs and overflowing toilets. NOT GOOD situation. Like many, I called around to get quotes having not gone thru this before. Rooter Hero showed up about an hour later for free no obligation quote, on a Sunday, during pandemic no less and unclogged me after only 10 minutes on site. $77 got me draining again. Noel was awesome. Came out within 25 min later in the evening and made some awesome recommendations but ultimately un clogged our sewer line to get us back on track for the night. Omg! Trevor was a life saver! Water flooded my toilets, bathtubs and bathroom floors. I called another company first and they couldn't see me until the next day. I called Rooter Hero Plumbing because I saw that they are available 24 hours. They set me up for an emergency appointment and sent Trevor. Not only was Trevor super cool, he was a life saver and fixed my clogged drain!

This is the first time I've used this company and it was a great visit. David came out within 2 hours and fixed my issue in less than 20 minutes! He did a great job! Very professional and courteous. When we noticed standing water in the laundry room that almost literally just appeared, we knew something was very wrong. We could hear running water in the wall. I searched Google, rooter hero was at the top. I called, and immediately had someone sent to my house. Cody did an excellent job, found the leak and came back the next day to repair. He also made sure to precisely cut out drywall, making my repairs easier! Great service!

Adrian came out to our house one evening due to some drainage issues. He was professional, very detailed in explaining our issues and answered all of our questions in a way that helped us understand. And educated and advised us on things to help protect future property investments. We will definitely recommend the business and Adrian for his exceptional service and patience.

I've used these guys for a number of years to clean out the sewer line in my home. It clogs up on a regular basis and I have to have it cleaned out roughly once a year. Paying them $77 each time is a lot less than the $6000 it would take to replace the line. The techs have always been very courteous and professional. And their price is a lot less than the $150 to $200 I had been paying previously. I'm very happy with their service.

I called Rooter Hero at about 11 a.m. on a Wednesday morning. After giving my information to the phone representative I was told a scheduler would call me back in a few minutes. 10 minutes later the scheduler called me back and said they could have a representative at my house at 12:30 p.m. at 12:30 Sharp field technician arrived and had my shower drain completely fixed in less than 30 minutes. The fees were very reasonable and the service was outstanding! In the future Rooter hero will be my first call for all my plumbing needs.

My wife and I came back home from a week long trip to discover a large leak coming from the front of our house. Not ideal to say the least. So we decided to call Rooter Hero. Upon calling, they were extremely polite, answering the phone immediately, they answered my questions, scheduled my appointment all within 5 minutes from start to finish. Amazing!

Within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone my Rooter Hero called me with an update on his location saying he will be there within 30 minutes. Talk about service. David showed up to my door with a smile on his face eager to help. He greated me with a warm welcome, and was even apologetic that we are going through this. He did the diagnosis with me so that I can better understand my own home. Explained everything in detail, step by step, which made everything easy to understand.

After a 30 minute work up, he realized that my house was not even the issue causing the leak, that the city has a broken main and they need to fix it. From scheduling appointment to David leaving my house with a good work up was a total of 2 hours. Amazing speed and responsiveness! I don't know how other plumbing companies are, but what I do know is that Rooter Hero is that they are polite, responsive, eager to help, and most importantly HONEST.

Which is hard to find now a days. I cannot give Rooter Hero and David enough credit. Thank you guys! I didnt use them because the issue isn't for them to fix. If not I 100% would have.

Rooter Hero Orange County Our service tech was Albaro and he cleared our drain for $77 as advertised. My kitchen sink was backed up. I opened the clean out an drained any excess water so it was easy access. Albaro checked it out, and cleared it without any problems. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Rooter Hero

Woke up to the nice surprise of my toilet and shower full of backflow. My sons shower drain was clogged from all the hair and teenage fun, so everything was backing up. Once everybody in the household was off to school or work, good old dad was left with the fun task of unclogging. Im pretty handy so I started off with the good old garden hose with the black rubber drain jet attachment thing. Tried it through my drain and my sons.

No dice. Water started backing up through the toilets. Next step is I borrowed a snake drill tool. After getting dirty it was not long enough and it broke. I decided it was time to call the pros. So I called Rooter Hero and set up an appointment. Dispatch called me back with a time of 12:30- 2 pm. Ivan Tovar showed on time with his partner Alex. They both had masks on, used shoe covers and practiced social distancing.

I showed him the problem and he began performing some tests. Once done he explained what the problem was and what he was going to have to do. First they tried to snake it out from my shower drain. No luck. Drain was compacted with not-so-flushable wipes from the toilet. Ivan explained he would have to go on the roof with a larger snake. Ivan and his partner went above and beyond to take care of the problem.

All drains are clear and toilets are ready for the Holiday season. THANKS TO Rooter Hero and especially Ivan and Alex! P.S. Ivan also mentioned if you have old cast iron drain pipes to stay away from flushable wipes! Awesome advice!

I had an emergency plumbing problem at my house that had to do with a bunch of glass that went down my bathroom drain. I couldn’t get it out and it was completely clogged. I called them and they were out at my house within the hour. The problem was fixed in less than 20 mins. The price was GREAT, the customer service was phenomenal and they gave me a warranty in case the service did not meet my expectations.
