Einstein Air Conditioning & Heating

I called Einstein for an estimate to replace our AC units. Our units are 16 years old and we were told by the company maintaining them that we have an R22 coolant leak and we were running low. Since CA no longer carries that coolant it would be best to replace them before they break. I got several estimates from different companies. After explaining our situation to Elan he checked our units himself.

It was then he said that his gauges showed no leak and we didn't NEED to replace them at this time. After thanking him profusely for his honesty, I signed up for their yearly maintenance service. It was very refreshing to know there are still people who value honesty over making a buck.

The service from Einstein Air Conditioning was excellent. The communication was clear, concise and I appreciated the updates via text (reminder of the scheduled work, any changes, when the work was done, etc). My family enjoyed having Matt and Mario come out for maintenance on our AC system and get us on an annual maintenance plan -which was terrific! Glad to have met such wonderful people who provide stellar service. Thank you!

10 out of 10. They finished up flare fittings and system charging on a mini-split system I had installed myself. Anthony was friendly, super professional, on time and a hard worker. Very professional guys. Was able to make an appointment for the very next morning. Matt found the problem and was able to fix it within hours. Very happy with the service. Matt took my call last Friday. He promised to meet me at around 1 pm on the same day. I explained to him that I had a problem with my HVAC system. I'm in the middle of having my rental home closed for Escrow soon after we completed the remodel. The home inspector stated the problem was after he turned the heater on after 5 minutes, the system would shut down. Matt knew right away what was the solution to the problem.

He removed the dirty air filter and he didn't charge me at all for the visit.
Matt is an honest businessman, for someone that doesn't know much about the HVAC system he can easily take me for a ride but he has an integrity that most other business may see the opportunity to make more money off me. This is a rare quality of an individual on this day. You are awesome Matt!!

I very much appreciate how quickly these guys were able to come out and fix our very old air conditioner! They replaced it in a matter of days and did everything they could to keep us comfortable! Their punctuality was so much appreciated, as I am a busy mom with a crazy schedule! They worked quickly and efficiently and they were very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!

Matt a professional heating and air was on time, communicates well and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes.

We are having issues with our heating unit in our home so we called for a tech to come out. Our unit is almost 40 years old so I had little hope it would be fixable but Matt came to our house and was able to get the heater back in working condition! More importantly he gave us some good advise and pointed out some things that could potentially be safety issues that units this old usually have. He was knowledgeable even with a unit as old as ours and very helpful.

I needed new air and heating. Matt, the owner, throughly inspected the existing equipment, went into the attic, took pictures and showed me everything that needed to be done. They did a great job checking my vents and ducts and then came back to test my freeon. I thought that was a bit pricy.

This was my fourth company to my home. it will be my first company to call for work on my home. Kind, willing to hear my information and taught me plenty of details with a winning smile. There was so much work to be done and it was wonderful to have someone to do it right the first time! project: air and heat!
