My fiance and I stopped in About Floors n' More after we closed on our first home together. From the second we met with the staff we knew they were the right company to go with. They worked with us on our quick turn-around of installation and installed the floors professionally while we were out of town.

Materials & Installers arrived on date & time promised. Install took 1.5 days to complete 2.5 rooms. (Good) No dust created as shop vacs ran constantly during the process. Men were professional & courteous. Recommend. Note: New material color did not match our existing hardwood color. Owner came to home immediatly within 45 minutes with samples shown at time of order.

We worked with Donna, Valerie, & Richard. They were all awesome. It felt like working with family. They are incredibly knowledge & professional. When you walk in the store, they make you feel comfortable, at home, and as though you are making an informed and intelligent buying decision. They have a great selection of real wood, laminate, carpet and other flooring.

I went to both the Beach and San Jose location for our flooring needs. Both locations were excellent--friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff and a large selection of flooring options. Everything from measurements, quotes and ordering was efficient and timely. Overall a great, professional experience and I strongly recommend About Floors N More for all your flooring needs!
