We were extremely skeptical when TJ McNally suggested we remove all existing tile and wood flooring (2000 sq.ft.) before laying new luxury vinyl but boy were we glad we took his advice. Both the demolition team and the installation team were great, minimal mess, minimal fuss, professional, courteous and did a splendid job. You might pay a little more, but we think it was worth it

The entire process from start to finish was A+++. We felt very taken care of, which is rare in the construction world. We were first time home owners and they were really helpful in helping us decide on which flooring to choose for our home.

We decided to go with Luxury Vinyl plank due to the durability factor with a family and dog. We then hired them back shortly after to install tile for our bathroom renovation. They have a highly experienced team from sales, design to installation. We will absolutely use them in the future for all of our future homes!

I am so happy with the results of our LVP in Charleston Dunes color! Alex was the project manager and him and his team were SO professional and finished a total demo and installation of 2,800sq ft house within 5 days. TJ was our consultant, and all teams kept us updated throughout the process. We've used other companies before and the difference was night and day. So pleased!

I hired Quality Flooring by Frank Milea to install engineered hardwood throughout my new house. TJ McNally and the members of the installation crew were friendly, professional, diligent, and punctual. As a result of the installation process, my freshly painted walls became damaged. TJ and the members of the installation crew provided full compensation for the damage and allowed my preferred painter to make the necessary repairs (after offering to hire a painter to perform the work). Overall, I am very satisfied with the final product. I would highly recommend Quality Flooring by Frank Milea to anyone who asks.

When getting an estimate be sure to get as much information as possible and in writing before agreeing to anything. Look for discrepancies such as: Given one price in the store per square foot and having the price change when you ask for details about how they got the total estimate, Double billing under different descriptions for things such as removal of old flooring, Leaving charges off that show up later that can amount to thousands, Measurements that just don't add up.

Their vague estimate will lack enough details to Make these issues apparent unless you ask for additional information to clarify. Fortunately we asked a lot of questions which revealed too many red flags for us.

Hired Frank for new hardwood flooring in my home. His crew did a great job demolishing and installing the new flooring. The place looks like new, so nice and bright. They also sanded and stained the steps to match. Overall a high quality job.

We chose Quality Flooring due to the reviews we read about online and we were NOT disappointed at all. From the initial visit with Jim he was super informative and made the whole process super easy without adding any pressure to the sale, he gave us plenty of options and explained the whole process from start to finish. Then install day came Mike and his team (Mr. O'Quinn (my 9 month pregnancy forgetting his first name, and Daniel) were all phenomenal!

They all were super friendly, honest, super quick to get the job done and get it done correctly. We are so happy with Quality Flooring. I shopped around several places then I went to Quality Flooring. Jim in the showroom was great. He showed me many options and I was able to take several samples home to see how they looked. Once we picked the flooring Jim came out the next day and measured the area and a short time later they were installing our new floors.

Brain Hall and his crew were absolutely amazing! They took great care in the install and the finishing touches. We were doing most of our house and they were able to install all of our floors in less than a week. We couldn't have had a better experience. From start to finish five stars all the way! From my first experience walking in the door, everyone has been pleasure to work with. We had no idea which direction to take for new flooring and Jim was great in helping us figure out what was best for us. Very knowledgeble with no pressure. Our new floors are installed and everyone from the demo crew to the installers and designer were professional and friendly. Great job guys!

Jim and his team were very nice walking through different flooring options. They explained the pros and cons of each. Pointed out some of the differences between the different companies. Jim let us take sample boards home on several occasions and even encouraged us to walk on them, drop stuff on them, get them wet, etc. Once we decided on our flooring they did a preinstall visit. Visited twice to measure and calculate how much flooring was needed.

The install team of Clemoni and Eric were very professional. They took their time making sure the floors were leveled and the new wood was lined up across the whole house. And they cleaned up after themselves! Found out later they carry the same brand of tile were had installed by another contractor for our baths and laundry rooms If we had known that we would have used them instead of the kitchen and bath folks.

Why wasn't this information shared with us when we were looking at the products at your store? That's the problem. Every where we go, the floors are vinyl and none of them sound like ours. We even watched a you tube video on how to install and they put down a membrane. We weren't treated honestly in your store. We have already spent $3000. Why should we have to pay for something that should have been done to begin with? Why weren't we shown a vinyl that didn't do this?

The Quality Flooring crew showed up on time and got right to work. Alex, the lead installer and his partner ( Wilton) made fast work of checking everything over before they hit the floor running. They both were very polite, worked continually and asked if it was okay to play music while they worked. I never would have thought that Luxury Vinyl would look this amazing.

But Frank Milea had us come to his showroom and find exactly what we wanted. We took a few samples home and knew within a couple hours which one was for us. Huge Thanks to Frank, Alex & Wilton.

We met with Joe Wolf at the store, and he showed us flooring options after we explained what we were looking for and our price range. We found the selection plentiful and the prices reasonable. The team at Quality Flooring are the consummate professionals. Our flooring project was a beacon of light in an otherwise stressful home purchase. The quality of the install and attention to detail was refreshing. Franklin was highly committed to ensuring everything was perfect and went that extra mile to ensure we were happy. We had an extremely challenging situation with a block of concrete in the middle of the floor --- previous owner nightmare -- and he kept working at it until he had it shaved level with the floor. Typical these days would have been an "I can't fix it" response. Not these guys. It looks beautiful now! Highly, highly recommend.

We hired Quality Flooring to install a kitchen back splash for us. Joe Wolfe was our rep and was very professional, got the quote to us back quickly, and followed up to make sure that we were happy with the work. Redi, our installer showed up on time and made sure to communicate with me throughout the installation to make sure that I was happy with the workmanship. He took his time to do a nice job and the pricing was very fair. I would recommend Quality Flooring for tile work and will use them myself again in the future.

The contractor on our renovation suggested we start with Quality Flooring in looking at hardwood flooring and tile for the master bath floor, walls, etc. We could not have asked for better service. Frank and Nicki were both fantastic. Nicki knew how to ask the right questions and directed the exploratory process leading my wife and I in the direction we wanted to go, but weren't exactly sure how to express it while keeping us within our budget. The installation of both the hardwood floor and the tile went without a hitch and we couldn't be happier. Awesome job!
