Everything was incredible from start to finish. Jeff was out quickly to take measurements and give me a quote. When I requested a quote for a different flooring material, he quickly responded with the updated estimate and even sent me a sample of what I had quoted just to be sure everything looked right. Installation was quickly scheduled, the installers showed up as scheduled, they were polite and professional and were done quicker than I ever would have thought. I will be using Affordable Carpet & Wood the next time we do flooring.

We had used Affordable Carpet and Wood previously for the purchase and installation of an engineered hardwood floor. At that time we were very impressed by the owner, Jeff Howard's quick responses to questions and planning. Our installation was perfect from start to finish. We were very impressed by the installers and their workmanship along with the daily clean up process and timeliness.

Easy process from start to finish. Jeff was great to work with. He ordered extra samples to show me to help me make a decision. He explained the process thoroughly and was always available to answer questions. The demo/installation team, led by Tim, was great. Punctual, clean, professional, and personable. Jeff Howard and his entire crew at Affordable Carpet and Wood did an outstanding job on our entire home wood flooring project. Tim Wentzel and his installation crew met the challenge in doing the prep work on the concrete floors and the job was competed on time and on budget. I recently worked with Jeff at Affordable Carpet & Wood. I wanted to install hardwood flooring to match the flooring throughout my house. Jeff clearly explained the scope of the project as well as the difficulties with matching existing colors and sheen. I felt confident that he would do a good job. Jeff spent a lot of time helping us get the right carpet type and color for our church auditorium, along with the right price. He was professional, patient, attentive, kind and caring. He and Debbie (in the office) were great to work with. They got us samples of various colors and designs. He came out to our church and took all the measurements. He kept in touch about timelines for receiving the carpet and the installation process.

The installers were on time and were also great to work with. The whole experience was great! Everyone at our church is thrilled with the new updated look. Would highly recommend Affordable Carpet & Wood for your next flooring project!

Edit: The owner called to inquire about my rating and clarify my concerns, which is admirable. He explained the request for cash to remain affordable/ competitive. I'm basing this review off of my initial meeting with this company. I requested quote for wood flooring for approx. 1900 Sq ft. I was quoted $11 to $12 per square feet, plus a fee to move furniture, if needed, so over $20k. Then, the gentlemen told me they would prefer this in check/cash over credit card. I found that last requirement to be very specific and odd for the dollar amount involved. No one else has said this to me. I'll update if I converse further.

I LOVE my wood floors from Affordable Carpet & Wood. I admire them each time I come home and my visitors always remark how beautiful they are. The product is Villa Borghese, color is Brunella, 8 plank. Jeff Howard (owner) was such a pleasure to work with, he was so responsive. I felt in good hands the whole time. Installation by Timmy was the BEST.

My house was build in 1985 and I guess the slab was quiet uneven. They did so much prep work and their work paid off with my gorgeous flooring. The stair nose work was flawless with color matching that was perfect. When you are rehabing your house lots can go wrong, but with my flooring everything went right. Affordable Carpet and Wood did an excellent job for me. Once the wood was picked out I obtained 3 quotes and Jeff was significantly lower than the other two companies. The install was done on schedule and the floors looked great.
