They were not only able to get me scheduled on short notice but they did an incredible job for a great price. You actually get to speak to someone when you call and they treat you extremely well unlike larger pool companies which treat you more like a number and aren't even local to the area. Needless to say they've won my business moving forward for all of my pool service.

I have had Scott and his guys taking care of our pool for nine years. In that time their service and work ethic has been nothing short of amazing. They got to me as soon as they could after the big freeze and saved me from some expensive repairs. Prices are fair and work is perfect. And if something is not right they come out and fix it right away. I won't work with anyone else as long as I have a pool in Dallas.

We use Aqua Clean Pool Service for our weekly pool maintenance as well as repairs. Scott is extremely professional, and has walked us through all the options we have for repairs. With the Texas freeze, we lost 4 valves and 1 pump. Scott had them replaced within 4 weeks of the freeze. Weekly, our pool guy shows up on time and is always willing to answer any questions. Our pool is always clean and clear. Highly recommend Aqua Clean Pool Service.

Incompetent service. Called them for a service call about a burst pipe inside a heater after the freeze. The technician they sent told me that he does not have any experience with pool heaters and would not even look at the heater. He offered me to sell me a new heater for close to $2K. $90 wasted for nothing. Opened the heater myself, did my research, ordered parts and fixed it myself. All for less than $150. Will not use that company again.

Scott first came out on a Saturday when my pool had not been running for three days and the water was an ugly green. He quickly made some recommendations for electrical work before addressing the pump issue, as my pool and equipment date back to the mid-1980s. Scott explained about the money I would save if I opted for newer technology, but I was really sold when he said how much quieter it could be.

He made it happen quickly and trained us on the new features, patiently answering all our questions. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and I highly recommend his services. 5 stars! Thank you, Scott.

Scott was very helpful. We needed to have our pool heater replaced. He quoted us a very competitive rate and was able to install it the next day. We were pleased with the professionalism and timely response. We have used Aqua Clean before for other repairs and every time have been happy with the results. I definitely recommend them!

Great service. I called Friday afternoon after arriving home from vacation and discovering that both our main pump and booster pump had stopped working. Scott promptly called back that evening and came out Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem and two new pumps were installed Sunday afternoon. We are also having them do weekly cleaning for our newly renovated pool. 100% recommend Scott and his team.

The one good thing I'll say is that Scott got his phone on a Sunday other than that, this guy was just plain rude. I woke up on Easter Sunday to find a mysterious hue to my normally-clean swimming pool. Mr. Scott from Aqua Clean Pool Service was the first on the scene and diagnosed the problem as a broken pool pump.

The pool school was very helpful. I took it back in October and my pool is still blue! It's important to take good notes. I recommend writing down all your questions before taking the class so you can better prepare yourself.

I had an actuator go out over the holidays, and with a freeze coming, it was important to me to get it fixed quickly. I called my 'warranty guy', who didn't return my call for 3 days. Then I called my weekly pool cleaning company, who said they'd come out and do the repair, but would charge me a $95 trip fee, in addition to the parts and labor.

Scott came over on short notice to take a look at my pool after I got DE all over the bottom. He fixed a problem with the filter and now, one day and one good vacuum later, the pool is so much cleaner.
