Very professional, my install for my new IP security cameras and alarm system went very smooth highly recommend Gus and his team.

I've contacted Miami Total Security LLC a couple of months ago to provide me with a security system estimate for my home. I was very happy since the first time I made the call. I got to speak with the owner of the company, who walked me through all the options for my system and also to listen and address all my security concerns. We eventually got into the contract, and the work was performed as proposed and agreed. Miami Total Security had professional workers who finished the installation as promised and gave me an extensive tutorial of all the systems I've purchased from them.

I had a gate operator, camera, and intrusion alarm systems installed by them. Also, for my complete satisfaction, I received a phone from the owner (Gus) a month later just to follow up and make sure that all systems and equipment were working in a proper manner and I made sure to express my satisfaction with the entire process. I highly recommend Miami Total Security for all your security needs.

I had security cameras installed by Gus' team and they did an awesome job. Honestly, I don't know how they reached all corners of my house through the attic. Owner Gus came to my home and patiently discussed my options re the replacement of an old security camera system, which had failed, with a new one. Gus was friendly and helpful, and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Two days later, installer Paco was hard at work, installing the new system, and putting up a new camera location by my front entryway (pic). Paco was very friendly and helpful, making recommendations about camera placement changes that greatly improved the field of view.

He then patiently demonstrated the app, showing me how to view and take pics and videos of the displays. I could not be more happy with the service I received, and I'd recommend USA Total Security to anyone with a need for security camera installation.

They did a good job, I was happy with the cameras. But be ready to have to learn to use the dvr because that is not an area i found they dominate mainly the advance features. But as far as the installation it was perfect.

This company is superb! Top notch quality installation and service. I finally have an alarm and camaras that work well and I can monitor from my phone. Great company. I highly recommend them very proffessional.

My lock was stuck with a key inside. I called them and the technician arrived within 5 minutes, literally. He removed the stuck key and showed me the inside of the lock mechanism which was completely rusted, and explained how it would be best to replace the whole thing, or I could get another key stuck pretty soon again.
