Terrible customer service. I had 4 individuals walk in to my job place and intimidate us in changing a battery for our fire panel. They stated that if we did not change the battery with them that we were going to be fined. I could go on and on about how rude they were. As if that wasn't enough they charge $85.00 an hour, but the hour did not start when they arrived at my office, it started the moment they entered my building and had to "look" for the office suite.

Could you believe that my office manager went and purchased the batteries herself and placed them in under two minutes? This is nothing short of a mafia that intimidates people into thinking they need their services. I am beyond disgusted whith their business practices.
