I don't know how much our HOA contract with Royce is but I hope it's not much. Our gated community is very rarely a gated community because of Royce. The gates with be broken and left open for months at a time. Royce will come and fix them and within a week they are broken again. After another couple months they come and fix them just for the to break shortly after again. It's ridiculous. They suck at their job.

Extremely expensive. They charge just to drive by and look at something that is under warranty then have to fix what they looked at a week later and charge again for coming out. They also claim things were damaged by something not covered by the warranty which should be determined by the manufacturer not them. Would not recommend to anyone. I would give them no star review if I could.

Springbrook Condominium has been a customer of Royce for over 15 years. During that time, they have been extremely responsive for any emergency like our not entry gate to our parking lot not working, hurricane damage, and fencing. Over the years we have grown to know the owners and employees. We recently had a large repair on our external fencing and pool gates which was completed to our satifaction. Even if a repair is large, we will automatically call Royce because they are efficient, do an extremely good job and have excellent customer service.
