James came out to our home and he did a fantastic job! He checked our system and reset the thermostat. As part of the maintenance, he also cleaned out our duct system and removed a lot of dust. Definitely something I would not have done on my own. He was very thorough and explained the process of what he was doing along the way. Thank you, AirCare Heating and Cooling!

We recently needed some adjustments on our heating system and called your company for an appointment. The service tech, Kintroy, arrived at the scheduled time and fixed our problem. Used Joey's crew recently to replace house ducts, install an AC, and replace the old furnace and house fan. The guys showed up on-time each day, followed great COVID protocols (masked the whole time, shoe covers on when inside the home/off as soon as they step out), and took great attention to detail. The project took a little longer than originally expected, but I also expect that with any housework projects! Highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs! Sidenote: I highly do not recommend using their recommended+suggested handyman.

I was compelled to write this review because of the excellent service I received from Air Care Heating & Cooling. I want to specifically acknowledge the team of Moses and Sergio who did the installation of my new furnace and AC. Because of the age and design of the home, the installation was not simple and straightforward. I would have been concerned about it being done properly with any other company, which is why I chose Air Care in the first place, even at a slightly higher cost.
They are not the cheapest - but I wanted to know the job was done right. Moses and Sergio were on time every day, professional, detailed and thorough, patient with my questions and concerns. respectful of my time and space and clean! I would hire them again in a second! I highly recommend Air Care Heating and Cooling and this team!

I had my A/C & Heating systems installed with Air Care and I have been extremely happy with the units. I have continued to use Air Care for my maintenance and I have been extremely happy with their services too. The technicians keep me informed of everything and recommend services if needed that keep my units working great. I just had my recent maintenance job with Al and he was wonderful and great to work with. Highly recommend them.

Air care was awesome to work with. Professional and easy to work with. We had a leak in our air conditioning system and they came out and repaired. Their technician Al was knowledgeable he explained everything in detail and was a true professional. Because of Al's we are looking into contracting them to do our quarterly preventive maintenance service. Thank you Al for your work

Loved Air Care Heating and cooling team. They were very easy going bunch to work with. Javier and Moses were a great team. Aircare did a thorough and professional job installing central AC in my 70 year old home. The project lead, Moses, worked extraordinarily hard to make the system work in my aging home. I have an older house in San Jose and needed to add A/C. I called air care and they did an amazing job. Joey came
out to inspect the house, tell me my options and give me a quote. They not only installed the new A/C but improved the performance of my overall HVAC system. Now the system runs better than ever and they even reduced the noise output!

I've been working with Air Care for about a year now and I am so glad to have found them. I work in Property Management so we use them quite frequently! Vicky, in the office, is so helpful and communicative. She has been very accommodating, professional and helpful with anything I have asked. Joey and Victoria, the owners, have been very professional as well and have provided nothing but GREAT service as well as Quality work!

Thank you Air Care for being so responsive in times of desperate need! I'm a Director of 6 residential group homes here in the bay area that provide 24/7 care and support to individuals living with severe autism. Joey, the owner of Air Care, is compassionate, caring, and understands our situation. With most of our residents on serious medication we must have consistent air flow and running units. Joey and his team on several occasions went out of their way to fit us into their schedule. Some of our residents even remember their visit and asks about them. Called Joey and he showed up the same day. On the phone he informed me to have him come after hours was a little more. No pressure at all. I needed to get the AC unit fixed so I paid more. When he arrived he got right to work. I am nosey so I was hovering. He explained everything he was doing. He gave me best case scenario and worst case scenario.
He had all the parts in his truck for my super old unit. Fixed my problem quickly. Even answered all my questions about air flow and fans. On top of it all. Very respectful, courteous and professional. He even had shoe covers to not track dirt in the house. Overall I am pleased with his work and will use him for all HVAC needs going forward.
