Paul Carlino is our energy programs manager and is in charge of our construction department. Paul has worked with valley for 15 years but has known the owner Victor Valladares for 27 years. Paul was an HVAC counter sales person at a local distributor and Victor would go in to buy parts for Paul.

Valley Mechanical has been involved in various Energy Efficient program with local utility programs to help our customers and California to meet the need to reduce energy consumption. We are very proud of being a PG&E trade professional. Over the years we have received awards for our efforts in working with the public school sector and lowering their overall KW consumption.

We work on anything from a chiller/boiler system for large buildings to multi-housing HVAC systems, it's all the same to us because we are technicians. We specialize in customer service and solving our customers HVAC problems Our technicians have all attended technical schools and attend various factory trainings throughout the year.

Juan and the rest of the team at Valley Mechanical did a great job! Our heat pump works well and pairs nicely with our new PV solar system. On their recommendation they also installed an airscape whole-house fan that we used regularly in the summer time. They kept our house clean and well protected while performing their installation. In the process we also regained a lot of floor space in our basement by keeping the unit off the ground.
