My main sewer pipe was clogged. I called Evergreen Plumbing Service. First time I ever used this company. Was using another co for years. Its seems that my sewer pipe gets clogged with tree roots about every 5 to 6 years. I am glad I called this company. My tech was Adam. Nicest person you would ever want to meet. Adam knows his trade very well. Had my sewer pipe clear in no time. I'm very happy with Adam from Evergreen Plumbing Service. I will highly recommend Evergreen Plumbing Service to everyone. Adam and his trainee Roger were very friendly and courteous. Adam was able to explain everything he was doing and telling me other things about the water heater, ac ducts, and thermostat. He gave me an estimate on the duct cleaning and installed my thermostat that day which I was putting off because I wasn't sure if I could do it myself. I did not have a C-wire which they confirmed I did not have and installed it for me. I will use them again sometime soon when it gets warm to check my AC and clean my ducts.

We had an emergency with our boiler, no heat and water everywhere, Justin called & arrived and fixed everything. He was awesome. We have used Evergreen Plumbing numerous times before and have always received excellent service. We can't say enough good things about Justin, very professional and explained everything.

Great work! My furnace was acting up and your man Jason came to check it out just a couple of days after I called. He figured out the problem right away - it needed a new motor. He put in an order for the part, and came back to install it just a couple of days later on the weekend! Thanks for such commitments to finish the job. Just in time for colder weather for next week. Installer broke a basement window close to where he connected the water pipes. Thought I wouldn't notice. Denied breaking the window. Told us the brand new garbage disposal was broken. Could hear him on phone with other employee that was telling him he installed it wrong. Told us we had to buy a new one. Ended up magically getting the disposal to work at the very end.

Although we aren't sure if it's gonna start leaking when we really need to use it. Leaked water all over and did not attempt to dry up. Water leaked through basement ceiling. Argued with me in my own house at 9pm telling me this is what happens when you own a house. Told us they already came down in the price and they were "doing us a favor." Finally talked him down to cover the broken window.

The deal they ended up giving us was us paying them $1600 for a dented improperly installed dishwasher and a leaky from being improperly installed brand new garbage disposal and a broken basement window. He mumbled that he was supposed to have help before he left like it was our fault. Did a test run on the dishwasher and it was crooked and moved easily.

He was supposed to secure the dishwasher to the cabinets completely. I would have rather they waited an extra day and bring the help. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten a disastrous hack job.

I called to schedule an appointment to fix our heater, as it is incredibly frigid. When booked for the next day the customer service receptionist quoted $249 for a 4:30 pm appointment instead of the $69 advertised on their website. When I asked why she said it was because that rate only applied to regular business hours. So, I scheduled a regular business hours appointment for yesterday. No show, no call, no text and when I called two separate times no answer. It's freezing and we are now left without heat because they didn't show up or even text!

The repairman, Bryan, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He took the time to explain what had happened with the pipe to cause the leak and how it was going to be fixed. I had a leak, and Bryan handled the situation with great expertise and courtesy. He was communicating eloquently and in detail about the issue and the process of solving it. He did an excellent job. Bryan went above and beyond. I am very appreciative. I used Evergreen in the past, and I am pleased with the service.

Evergreen had a cancellation and Bryan was able to come out and install a new water heater on the same day I requested one. He was super professional and the work looks great. I was certainly in an emergency situation. Not one of my plumbers that I know could make it out to the rental property. So I looked online and found Evergreen. When a very nice girl answered the phone named Haley she's certainly tried her best to calm me down. She did explain to me that they were going to help me out, but because it was after hours and an emergency situation I was going to be charged a pretty large fee.

Which let's face it it's certainly fair. Well, too much of my surprise she called and explain they had a cancellation and Bryan could come much earlier. How great is this that, and they did not charge me any extra fee at all. When does that ever happen! Bryan, is Professional, honest, knowledgeable and certainly fair. Let's face it we never know who we are going to get coming into our homes in an emergency situation.

In conclusion extremely happy with Evergreen, Haley answered the phone professional any company would love to have someone answering their phone like she did. As for Bryan, I hope to never lose him. He will be my plumber going forward.

Bryan was so kind and so helpful. He came to fix our shower during an emergency- we couldn't get the faucet to turn off. He fixed that quickly. He was very clear at communicating what he was doing and also very clear about costs before I agreed to pay anything. After he left I found one more issue. He was easy to work with. He came back and fixed the issue free of charge. Bryan was very kind and we are grateful for his help!

Bryan came to my home on time with a great attitude. He was polite, professional, and very nice to talk to. He showed me what was wrong with my sump pump and then explained why it was working properly. He was able to schedule the full repair and replacement within a few days of diagnosis. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again to make some repairs at my commercial property.

The main water pipe in the basement cracked and the water couldn't be shut off in the basement. The water company came and turned it off from the street, so I had to find a plumber right away to fix the problem. I called at least 10 - 12 plumbers in my area, but either they didn't return my calls, said they weren't qualified to handle this type of problem, or they said they were too busy to come out.

When I called Evergreen there was actually a live person that took my call and he was very sympathetic to the situation I was experiencing. When Haley called me back, I was thrilled. She told me they were sending Bryan, one of their specialists to my house and he'd be there within a couple of hours. It actually took less than two hours for him to get here. Bryan couldn't have been nicer, more professional or caring about what was going on.

He also had a good sense of humor which always helps in a situation like this. I trusted that he knew what he was doing right away. He explained everything to me, including what the job would cost (I thought it would be so much more than what it was), and went about fixing what needed to be fixed. He was here most of the day and at one point stayed here until the water company came and turned the water back on to make sure everything worked properly. Thanks to everyone at Evergreen!

Had an emergency with our steam boiler and needed to get some repairs done ASAP. Our technician, Adam, was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything and answered a ton of questions I had about all sorts of stuff that wasn't even related to the job he was currently doing for us. I was really happy with the service we got and we will definitely use Evergreen again for future issues, tune ups, and other projects we may want done!

Late at night we had our furnace break down on us and it was very cold! We have a baby so were very concerned about her getting too cold. Justin came out late and helped us tremendously and was able to follow up the very next morning. He did a fantastic job and was friendly and informative! We would recommend and will continue using Evergreens services!

Brian was great, professional and courteous. He was here within an hour of my call to the company, and was able to replace two water heaters (in very tight quarters in my basement) within less than 24 hours from my initial call to the company. He described everything they'll do with the installation in detail, walked me through the whole process, and answered all my questions expertly. The price was fair and he threw in some pipe, valve, and vent replacement for free. He was a pleasure to work with, and I feel very confident in his work. Highly recommend.

We had a brand new boiler and on demand hot water tank put it. Mike came in to do the quote and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Steve in the office talked to me about each and every step and made sure everything was taken care of.

Roy was at our house this morning as promised and walked us through several options regarding our boiler. He was easy to talk to and did his work very professionally.

Absolutely amazing staff, and customer service! They truly went above and beyond. My oil tank want working properly on a very cold day and they came right out within the hour, fixed it and even cleaned up after themselves!

I called Evergreen this morning about a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. Evergreen had a technician (Carlos) at my house by 11:30 AM. Carlos, professional, knowledgeable & courteous, completed the job within 1 hour. Very happy with Evergreen plumbing!
