These guys are the best. I had an emergency! My sewer line collapsed and I needed someone right away. I called Phillips Plumbing and the owner John Phillips came down, looked at the job and provided me with an estimate within 48hrs. Their price was less than most estimates I received and was able to schedule the job and get the work done quickly. Thank you John and your awesome crew!

Ken, the serviceman discovered a major leak in the dishwasher drain hose and also a leak in the dishwasher water hose. Both were dealt with efficiently and happy to say dishwasher back in service. Service:Plumbing leak detection

Last night I got a call from one of my employees saying that there was water leaking through the wall at a quick rate. The dining room and bathroom were being flooded. I tried the business manager for the building but they left and I couldn't get ahold of them, and the business next to us that seemed to be where the water was comming from had closed for the night.

There was no way to access the main water line because, no business manager = no keys to get to. John was our plumber that came in a timely manner, even though it was late at night. He had to preform the only option with the sources available. It was unbelievable to see him pull off cutting 2 of the punctured waterline in half, and then attaching temporary valves onto the water gushing lines.

If he did not do this, our entire building would be a foot deep in water by the time the building manager came in today. Thanks John for your bravery in that task last night. You are a true hero!

From start to finish, we had the best experience with Phillips Plumbing & Mechanical. When we called late Wednesday night for a plumbing problem, Kim quickly returned our call and was so helpful. They were able to send Bernie out day of for a non-emergency issue. He came around 5pm and stayed till around 7:30 and was able to resolve our issue, which we really appreciated his willingness to work late. He was polite, straight forward and very clean which was nice as he was doing pipe work in a freshly reglazed bathroom with new floors Something that caught us off guard was they had a $40 charge for them to come out to give a quote, that I didn't recall hearing about prior to him coming out.

My boiler gave out CO levels high! Phillips Plumbing came right out estimated the work returned in a timely manner with a replacement boiler! Beautiful work! They have taken very good care of me! I had uneven heat distribution due to being on one zone always cold on one floor and hot on another and now they have given me two zones which we are now very comfortable. Since I'm a landscape architect by trade, I understand the importance of hiring a responsive company that performs quality work and the value that brings to a project. I hired Phillips to perform the rough plumbing for my new home because after meeting with the owner, I felt they were the best fit & checked all the boxes. The first time they installed a new boiler and this job included putting in a full bathroom in basement as well as replacing all the old cast iron piping to complete a remodel. Not only were they reasonable in pricing the care and neatness of their work is unbelievable!

We bought an old house with lots of issues. Kyle came and couldn't figure out the problem right away. He came back the next day, discovered the issue and started working diligently. It's going to be a big project but he was very honest and accommodating. He was super friendly and great with my crazy kids. I had to contact the office with some questions and Sue was just wonderful. Very thorough and patient. I couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received thus far. Great company! Exchanging our oil over to gas entailed a lot of work, and the job you did for us was outstanding. The town inspector as well as RISE commented on how impressed they were with the end result. You and your guys were incredible! Rebecca and Kim provided the best customer service ever. Sure, I've had good customer service in the past but nothing like they provide.

As you well know, I recently went through the process of converting my home heating system from oil to gas, and gave your company the contract. Never having been involved in such a procedure int he past, I faced it with a considerable amount of apprehension. All of my concerns quickly vanished soon after Bernie and his crew arrived.

On February 15th I noticed our house felt cold, so had my boyfriend check our boiler to see if the pilot was lit, it was not. I used Philips to install a new boiler in my home as part of the RISE heat loan program. When I called for an estimate, a very friendly and helpful receptionist answered and scheduled the appointment. I called several plumbing and heating contractors and at least half of the the calls went straight to voicemail.

These guys are the best! I tried calling a few plumbers to replace my Gas water heater, and I kept getting the run around. I talked with Phillips, and they called me right away to set up an appointment.
