Granite Kitchen & Bath

I would have given them a 5 star review, but the first slab I chose was not long enough. I did not know that slabs varied so much. Of course, that is not their fault. It just took them two weeks to let me know. I became attached to my rock. I love the finished product.

When I placed the kitchen granite counter order I made it quite clear to the woman I spoke to that the installation had to be done quickly once the template was done because my 81 year old sister would be struggling without a kitchen. She said that once the papers were signed and the deposit received that I would be placed on the schedule. Little did I know her meaning was twisted in that I'd be placed on the a schedule to have the template done and that SEVEN weeks later the counter would be installed. She, Cathy, didn't really care about my sister or the fact it was a small kitchen and could have easily been fabricated.

From our first meeting, to the scheduling and communication, to the template development and finally the installation, we could not be more pleased. The crew that installed the granite countertops were efficient, friendly and very professional. Their attention to detail was spot on, and the plumber, was a joy to work with. The fact that this installation, including demolition, was done in a day, minimizing any downtime of our kitchen was a huge plus.

I will tell you that we know of two other granite installations, one with our neighbor and the other with my cousin here in Tucson, where the granite installation turned into a prolonged project extending into months of inconvenience. Both of those were done by competitors of GKB! This says a lot of GKB reputation and professionalism. I would highly recommend GKB.

From start to finish, Granite Kitchen and Bath was excellent. The templates were made quickly; old Countertops removed and new ones installed; plumbing including sink, garbage disposal and faucets put in quickly. The final product is superb. The staff and installers were professional and courteous. So glad I took a friends recommendation to try Granite Kitchen and bath. You won't be disappointed.

I really want to give them more stars. But I just can't. We spent over $6000.00 for two slabs of Quartzite with them. We had two parts of our kitchen that we were using it in. The first Main part.even though it was templated over the sink area by one of the owners - it was cut wrong. So, we had to use the piece that I wanted for the Second part of our kitchen for it.

When it all was installed there were chips all over the edges. Although the installers caulked around the edges, you could still see all the chips. I went back and calked a larger line and you can Still see the chips. When we got to the second part of our kitchen the installer saw some 'sharp' edges and took it upon himself to grind down the quartzite so it became a huge indent towards the front AND took off all the finish and paint of the wall it was going up against.

They have great products but really need to have more coordination between the owner that does the layout and the installers as well as the 'finishing' of the product. All the notes of how they were to be installed are written right on the wooden template that was made, but that is not something the installers have with them when they go to do the job.

They cost us money and time repairing the damage they made. And, one of the owners came out and although offered to pay to have the damage done to our wall repaired, really didn't show any care or concern. Will not use again. Side note. Cathy and Brenda that work in the Office are fantastic and I can't give them enough kudos. They were wonderful.

We used Granite Kitchen and Bath for the remodel of our home's countertops and sinks. We replaced our old granite & tile tops with quartz. The entire process from start to finish was very smooth and the owners were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. We absolutely love the quality of our quartz tops and rectangular sinks. We cannot be happier with our experience and transformation of our home.

We used Granite Kitchen and Bath to fabricate and install new quartzite countertops in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Mike was very detailed and thorough when giving us our quote and explaining the process. The slabs were fabricated beautifully, and to our desires. The guys who came to do the installation were great. They were some of the most polite and professional workers I've had in my house.

The install was beautiful and they cleaned up everything so well you didn't even know they had been there. And, they even cleaned behind my oven! Bonus points for that. Would highly recommend them and would for sure use Granite Kitchen and Bath again.

These guys are The Best! They show up on time. Price per square foot that you actually use rather than making you buy a whole slab or two. The install was on time and went super-smoothly. The results are stunning. Everything was super professional. We even found a small fissure in the slab we had chosen after it was installed, and they came right out to apply a bit of epoxy to smooth it out. I cannot praise them enough. Great value, great service, and a beautiful end result.

I had them do our entire house with granite counter tops. They did an excellent job and when they said. They did my kitchen plumbing as well, they were quick and a did a professional job. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and their granite choices are good. Our granite looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for granite installation.

We just finished a countertop project with Granite Kitchen & Bath. They fabricated a very large granite slab into a beautiful custom countertop with a large radius. After seeing our completed project, I believe this company can do anything! The entire team was amazing and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

Granite Kitchen and Bath was the best option and I'm glad we chose them. Everything was cristal clear since the beginning. Excellent customer service. if you are planning to change your countertops this is your place, I will never go anywhere else! Ask for Cathy for your estimate!

Needed a hole drilled in our granite counter for a new faucet. The person they sent backed his truck into our driveway without looking and nearly ripped our bush out of the ground with his tailgate. I got a sorry and still had to pay full price for the hole and service call. So $250 to have someone come out, drill a hole, and nearly take out our landscaping. Other than that the hole turned out fine.

We had the greatest experience with our kitchen remodel using Granite Kitchen and Bath. From start to finish, super knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. Cathy got us started and their team all helped along the way. Owner Mike did the templates himself and his layout person was genius in capturing the perfect flow of the stone. The installers really made it so beautiful and were so professional and courteous. You need granite? You need Granite Kitchen and Bath.

Just installed new Granite counter tops with same backsplash. If you want your work done timely, professionally, courteously and perfectly installed; call Granite. In the office Cathie and Brenda were both very helpful. Cathie helped me figure it all out when I walked into the project blindly. Brenda scheduled and reminded me about the appt. and was very helpful. Juan and Rudy did a superb job the day of installation. (Another gentleman joined later, but I did not get his name).

My husband and I are more than pleased. I would not hesitate to use them! Especially if you are like me and new to the process. This company easily gets 5 stars from our house!

To say They Rock is an understatement! These folks worked with me pleasantly, made sure they understood my design, made and KEPT appointments. These work is both flawless and timeless. They even managed an extra beautiful vein out of the selected pieces.

We just wanted to say Thank you to everyone at Granite Kitchen and Bath for making our experience such a wonderful experience. We had to have my friends kitchen counter tops done by the end of December or we would have to wait until I got back in April to help her. Cathy and the crew went above and beyond to help us and work us into their schedule.

In my opinion, these guys did a great job, and we not once haggled over the cost of what was or wasn't included. According to the wife the bathrooms are next, and I know who we will call.

We were new to the area, but luckily got a referral to Granite Kitchen and Bath. They installed countertops and a full backsplash in our Kitchen after doing a tear out of prior tile backsplash and countertops. The outcome was not only spectacular, the process and crew were efficient. Watching the crew handle the large slabs of granite gives you an appreciation for the effort required.

I decided to work with this company pretty much based on my online communication with Cathy Strommer, a sales rep. She oversaw the whole transaction. The fellow who came to make the template and the two installers all did a great job. They made several suiggestions lthat I would not have thought of which really makes the kitchen stand out They were also right on their predicted schedule. I love the way my kitchen looks. Master bathroom is next!

Replaced kitchen counters, two bathrooms and laundry room countertop with granite. Also replaced five sinks. I could not be happier with the work done by Granite Kitchen & Baths. Everyone was very professional from the person who came to do the template of the counters to the installers to the women who work in the office.

I was looking for a specific granite that I have had a difficult time finding. Granite Kitchen and Bath has been so fantastic working with us. We located the granite and there were only 2 slabs available. We weren't sure how to make it work and what the layout would be. They were gracious and had us come and they put the templates on the granite so we could see how it would be cut. I really appreciate that they were willing to take the extra time. Aguapo also came up with a way for us to do the back splash that was creative.

The speed that it all was done was incredible and very much appreciated. I still can't believe it was all finished within a week. That is amazing.

This company just finished our new granite kitchen. We shopped a few providers of kitchen countertops, We chose this one because they have a knowledgeable salesperson Cathy, and friendly office personel and the inventory and forming of the product is done on site.

Our experience was fantastic! Upon visiting their showroom, Mike took his time to ask about our remodeling project and what color of slab I was thinking of purchasing. With my information in hand, Mike took me out into the yard and showed me the piece of Quartz that was exactly what I wanted. We then discussed price and scheduling. While it wasn't the cheapest slab I had been quoted, it was more reasonably priced than most.

The ace in the hole was how quickly they could get the slab fabricated and installed. Total time from measurement to installation was four days. I'll say that again: FOUR DAYS! Mike and his crew were truly professional, and take pride in their work. They took their time, explained everything, wanted to teach us so we understood, and made sure the job was done right!

We could not be happier. Mike and his crew are true craftsmen. These guys did a GREAT job, were all very professional, and went the extra mile to ensure we were pleased with our granite. Out home is so much more beautiful as a result of their excellent work. If you are looking for inexpensive, don't come here. If you are looking for top quality, this is the place!

The minimum purchase areas were prohibitive for us. We needed 8 square feet for one bathroom and 12 square feet for another. The minimum purchase for remnants was 15 square feet. Full size slabs, which included the most desirable selections, required a 30 square foot acquisition. If you can meet these thresholds then you will find a nice selection of granite, marble and some travertine well displayed in their yard.
