Mesic Contracting

This is my honest review after hiring Tim's company to gut 3 of my rental properties in Phoenix, all of which are manufactured homes which needed extremely affordable restoration and remodeling services so I can sell and I can tell you from experience, Tim's company;Mesic contractors is by far Maricopa County's best manufactured and mobile home service company.

Trust me guys, they are the best people in the city to do such good work. I suggest people opt for the service for repairs, levelling, foundations, awnings, roofing, skirting, painting, and more. I've now been using their remodeling services for more properties going on more than two years.

Mesic Contracting handled a couple of projects at my home and also my business. They are very knowledgeable. I am very happy with their work. I will use them again in the future.

My mom was in need of a repair on her porch after a storm last year. After many attempts at finding any kind of contractor I came across Tim Mesic and his company. He came to my moms trailer and immediately assessed the situation. Tim took the time to contact the insurance company and get a reassessment of the damage. Upon approval from the insurance company the work was done within two weeks. My mom is thrilled to have a new porch. I highly recommend Mesic Contracting for all your mobile home repairs and construction.

It's been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next. They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.

I was helping my father refinance his home in Arizona and I do not live there anymore. But I had to find a company to assist with some repairs. I spoke with Tim and the team and set up everything on the phone and on line. This company and their employees are wonderful. So professional and on track with what they do and the cost was within reason and done quickly. If you need any help with a manufacture home this is the company you want to use.

SCAMMERS! Rip Off Artists! Stay Clear. these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery. They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$! Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.

I HIGHLY recommend Mesic Contracting. They were easy to work, quick, efficient and most importantly- extremely knowledgeable. Everyone from the owner, Tim, to the office ladies and the guys who did the work have been fantastic. High expectations and high quality of work were definitely met here. Super happy. Highly recommend.

Utilized Mesic in order to repair a water loss we had in our home. They provided great customer Service, Were responsive and helped to make sure things were done in a timely manner. We were back in our home within weeks instead of the 60-90 days we were originally told by the adjuster. We will use again!

We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!

A recent storm had damaged our home and a good friend referred us to Mesic Contracting. We needed to act fast and their timely response and friendly service helped my wife and I rest at ease. After speaking with the crew we were assured our home could be repaired! We are happy highly recommend Mesic Contracting!
