For a 5 star rating the process should be as good as the outcome! My 8 week bathroom remodel project took 7 MONTHS to complete with multiple mistakes, poor communication between contract workers, no project manager and lack of professionalism. This was truly the worst remodel experience and most expensive remodel project I have ever done.

It's been seven years since we purchased our cabinets from. Az Design. It's all sawdust under the veneer. I was under a lot of stress while building our home, looking back I would have had my cabinets made. I think we spent close to 44,000. Anyhow years later I am seeing all the mistake. When you sign off on the design DO NOT ASSUME they got it right.
We had to pay 700 for two doors because we signed off on their design. The end table is unaligned - because we signed off. We don't know how to read their drawings. Their obvious mistake is covered by - "You signed off". Everyone I look at my off centered counter I get upset!
