Rogo's Finishing Touch

On a Friday, I phoned to get a quote on refinishing my existing countertops and asked if they serviced the Sonoita Area and was told -yes, but there will be a 65.00 trip charge. And was also told that if they took the job it would also cost an additional 50.00 per day trip fee for all days worked. I agreed to the trip charges and then was asked to send photos of the existing countertops and was told by Rosa that someone would contact me on Monday.

After not hearing from them, one week later, I called to 1.) verify that they did receive the photos, and 2.) to find out when they would come. When she told me that they couldn't help me, I asked, well can you find out what they would charge to replace the countertops NEW. She repeated, we can't help you. I asked her to verify with Richard in that my original call was to refinish my existing countertops.

She said, no I asked him to replace them and he said he couldn't. I have since gotten 3 estimates to replace these countertops. This business obviously doesn't tell the truth from the beginning of a phone call. The reason for it - your guess is as good as mine. Waste your time if you prefer, but I would be very wary of a business that conducts in this manner.

Critical: Professionalism Did not qualify the concrete prior to installation, now I am stuck with garbage flooring! A moisture barrier should have been applied to the subfloor. Do not contract Rogo's if you want quality workmanship.

I met with Gilbert for an appointment and he was very personable and professional! The staff at the show room were all very friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We ended up getting a concrete overlay done and we could not be more happy! We are absolutely in love with the work Frank did to our living and Dinning space. I would absolutely recommend Rogos!

Great Customer Service! We worked with Carlos and he was very knowledgeable about the types of turfs they had available, he took the time to help us select the right artificial grass by providing some samples and the prices. He also made accommodations to deliver the material we need for our ongoing project in no time. Carlos showed a great attitude at all time, he is a great asset for Rogo's company!

I scheduled an estimate for artificial turf for a Friday afternoon which, I took time off work for. Rogo's canceled that morning due to a family emergency which is totally understandable. After a few calls back and forth, they rescheduled me for the following Tuesday morning. (I arranged to go in late to work.) They didn't show up. I called and was told it was supposed to be the following Tuesday.

Not true since my Adult Daughter was in the car with me when they called and we both heard the same thing. Since I'm on a timeline with my yard remodel, I wouldn't have agreed to that long of a delay anyway and told the person who called, that I would schedule with another company. Then, I got a confirmation call confirming the later date. I called back, explained that I already found another company and wanted to cancel that appt. (again), the young lady who called me rudely said "have a wonderful day!" I definitely would not recommend this Company!

Used Rogo's for concrete flooring in our house. General attitude of not caring about our house, just got the flooring done without attention to the rest of our house. They damaged new cabinetry with the concrete material, and when the transition from the floor to the cabinetry was unsightly, they expected us to pay for the additional trim needed to hide their poor work.

They also poured concrete material into electrical sockets that were inset in our floors - did not protect them from the concrete they were applying on the floor. A wholly frustrating experience getting them to fix some of this. Our cabinetry (new and expensive) was never repaired or compensated for, we just lived with it. Ended up getting tired of calling then back and trying to get things taken care of.

The only reason for the 2 stars is that they did a nice job on the floors. So if you hire them make sure you protect the rest of your house - they just didn't care about any of that.

My Wife and I are very happy with the results of our new concrete! Richard helped us. He answered all of our questions every step of the way, including after the process was completed. Sergio and his assistant were amazing. They arrived on time EVERY DAY! He checked in with me daily to make sure the process was how we had imagined. The color was exactly what my Wife and I asked for, when we met with Richard. Finally, they finished an entire day early!

Thank you to the Administration of Rogo's for making the scheduling easy and their excellent communication verifying appointments. I would totally use Rogo's Finishing Touch again in the future! Thank you!

Rogos give me my 3600K back so I can use a better contractor to fix the mess you you made of my floors, walls and kitchen cabinets. You took on a project that you were not capable of doing just so you can collect the money. Richard the estimator is terrible wasted about 5-6 months of my time trying to seal my concrete floors over and over again with products that will not work per the company you buy the sealers from. DO NOT use this company they will lie to get the work that they are NOT capable of doing.

Per Richard he said " I will Never say no to a job". I have to pay another contractor to clean up their mess and fix the damages caused by them. If you dont want to refund my money back I will file with ROC and file with small claims court. Now do the right thing and refund my money so we all can stop wasting time money an energy on this matter

Rogo's is amazing. Steve, the estimator, was great. The job started on time and the technicians that came out did wonderful job pulling up the carpet and crafting wonderful concrete flooring in four bedrooms and the living room. We love it! Service: Flooring

Heard good things about this company but was very disappointed by our experience. We hired Rogo's to do acid stain concrete floors: a golden yellow based color floor with red marbled throughout as an accent. They finished acid staining and when sealing the floor they made a mistake and used the wrong sealant, causing a reaction to the stain underneath causing white blotches all over the floor.

They tried but could not fix it so they had to grind the whole floor down and start all over. Setting us back another week. They laid down a new concrete veneer and this time they said they could not give us the acid wash because they were afraid it would have another reaction so they used paint based stains instead and insured us they could give us that acid wash look we wanted.

I asked them to go easy on the red the second time they did the floor because they really saturated it the first time. When they were finished laying the paint the floor it was so saturated with red it looked like a flat red floor. They admitted it did not have the look we were going for so offered to marble a little brown paint throughout to try and give it a more dimensional look.

I was worried it would make the floor too dark but desperate to try and achieve a little variation in color in the floor so I told them to go ahead and try it. We were not excited with how it looked but they assured us the colors would 'pop' once they sealed it. They sealed it with a sealant that was not as glossy in the examples of their work they had showed us.

It's not very glossy at all, doesn't have that wet seal look so the color falls flat. Even right after I mop it is still looks dirty because it shows streaks and water spots. They called us to let us know they were finished with the floor but were not there to look at it. They never followed up with us to see if we liked the floor. I contacted Rogo's about my dissatisfaction with the floor once to their general email with no response, second directly to their billing manager - to which she replied she would look into the issue.

We never heard back from them. Their lack of communication with us about the issue made us feel ignored Instead we heard from collections trying to collect the second half of payment. Our experience was not to the professional, skilled and customer service level that we expected for the hefty price tag. If they had delivered the floor we wanted I would not have minded paying top dollar.

Furthermore upon inspection of their "2 year warranty" and disclaimer they make you sign it says they are not responsible for any chipping, cracking, color variations, or white spotting. Which leaves me to wonder, what does it cover? And if you are also left with a poor looking floor, guess you are out of luck like us.

Mickey and I are extremely happy with the work done at our Wagon Trail house by Alberto and Jose. They did an absolutely beautiful job. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail they used laying the pattern on the interior floors and the distinct artistry used in giving the back porch, patio and pool area an authentic flagstone look.

The new cement countertops in our Rancho Vistoso home look wonderful. You have a fantastic crew. Steve Rodriquez kept a close watch on the project and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly and to our satisfaction. Every single one of the crew showed utmost courtesy and professionalism. My husband and I are pleased with the excellent work Fabian and Armando did yesterday. The patio looks terrific. Fabian and Armando are pleasant, professional and skilled craftsmen. We would have them at our home anytime we need your services. Again it was a pleasure doing business with you.

While their employees do quality work, the manager (Gilbert) who does your original estimate and arranges for the work is not a good communicator with the customer or his own employees. We had multiple delays in getting the floors done due to errors that quite simply should not have happened.

I had my floor's done by Rogo's and I highly recommend them for your flooring needs! My floors look amazing! They exceeded our expectations by far and I couldn't ask for better service! Thank You Rogo's for making our home so beautiful!

I was contacted to do carpet transitions by a homeowner who had just had his concrete floor laid by Rogo's. When I got there I was surprised at how beautiful it looked! The color was perfect and the lines were exact.

We had carpet, old tiles and elevation changes for Rogo's to cover. They had the exact color we wanted, showed up on time, and did great prep work. when done the floors were beautiful. I was impressed with the clean wall lines and the corner work, all of which showed craftsmanship and care.

Rogo does not live up to their reputation, at least in my case. We had our floors done and spent over $8,000. Cracks all over the place. Very disappointed and don't recommend them. When I mentioned the cracks a few months later they gave me some excuse about the floors settling.
