Larson Air Conditioning

I have a service contract with Larson, they are timely, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. Today my Tech was Richard he handled call efficiently, safety in mind " kudos" and with an experienced assessment saving me money. I will continue with Larson for future needs of my air conditioning and heating. The gals in the office do their best to accommodate the needs and time frame needed for appointments.

Larson Air has been great from start to finish. Ish was very professional and provided us with a detailed quote, he called to follow up to see if we had any questions. He responded quickly to all of our questions. We got multiple quotes, Larson was neither the lowest or the highest but I felt they represented the best value based on the equipment provided and customer service.

It took 2 days to install our 2 units and Michael and team were professional and did a great job. They didn't leave until they had finished cleaning up and making sure everything was done correctly.

If you live in a hot climate like AZ, it's essential to have a reliable and trustworthy air conditioning company like Larson Air. We've been customers of Larson Air for the past few years, and have always been impressed with their team. Their response time is quick and they show up when they say they will. Recently, Kyle and Zach installed our AC, and they were extremely professional, friendly, hard-working, polite, reliable and respectful of us and our home. UGH, summer heat and the AC unit blows warm. Larson scheduled for the next afternoon. At 9am, I received a call that they could be here in about 30 mins! After spending a night trying to sleep in front of a fan and not looking forward to a long hot afternoon wait.needless to say, I was very happy! Two gentlemen installed a mini-split in my bedroom. The estimator and both installers were all on-time and very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and took care to make sure our dog didn't escape out the back gate when they were going in and out of the back yard. Would definitely recommend this company 100 times over!

Service person Caleb came to my home. Diagnosed AC issues. He I was personable, knowledgeable, and well spoken as he described problem and what was necessary to repair. He made repairs and everything is up and running again. A great feeling in Scottsdale during the summer.

Had a new system installed. Larson was great. Not the cheapest bid but I felt great about the customer service and quality of workmanship. They came back a week later to optimize the system and were honest about everything and fixed a little mistake that was made. I really liked their honesty and their commitment to doing things right while providing fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.

Had a issue with one of my AC units. Called them and they were able to arrange for a technician that had been to my house previously to come and diagnose the problem. We discovered some rodent damage. He fixed and even applied some chicken wire to the area so to help prevent future damage. I was so pleased to have them respond so quickly and with someone that knew my system.

Lyle has been our technician since we bought our new Trane from Larson Air Conditioning. He has had to return for follow up repairs but each time he treats us with the upmost respect and professionalism. Today he went above and beyond. He needed a new part. Instead of waiting for another week to go by for another appointment, he traveled to pick up the part and bring it back to replace it today! We do appreciate you Lyle and so should your employer. I was very impressed with Joe and his knowledge. He was very easy to work with and repaired our air conditioning system that a different company coincidentally left in disrepair while servicing the unit the previous day. Great Service! I had my 24 year old a/c unit replaced by Larson and everything went extremely smoothly. The technician, Michael House was friendly, professional and efficient. He removed the old a/c, installed the new one and sealed all the ducts for added a/c efficiency. I'm thrilled with the extremely cool and quiet new Bosch a/c! Claude Wouters, my contact and project manager for my install was very helpful and answered all of my pre-install questions.

He gave me a lot of valuable information on the premiere a/c units available and I am so happy with my choice. So grateful a friend recommended Larson and I had a great team working on my house today!

Today Larson came to fix the leak. Bill was very apologetic and professional. Ty the technician explained the issue and fixed it today. Time will tell if it's fixed. For today I have to give them 5 stars.

I called Larson when my AC went out, and they arrived at the end of the day which was great. However, the technician Robert told me he had to call my landlord, stepped out and never returned. It was Friday and they are closed on the weekend. He didn't tell me the diagnosis, or when it could be repaired. After closing, at 6:15 pm I received an estimate by email which stated the part had a lead time of 5+ weeks.

I called and left a message as well as replied by email. On Monday after no response, I called again and was told they would contact the technician to confirm and call me back. They never called me back. The AC had been out for 4 days at this point and the temperatore was over 105 degrees. I called another company and they obtained the part the next day.

Richard was fantastic to work with! He communicated well prior to arriving, was knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain the services being provided, and was able to get our new thermostat setup quickly. Will definitely be calling Larson again in the future. Thanks! Efren also deserves a shoutout for taking the time to provide courteous and knowledgeable service over the phone when reviewing the maintenance packages and to schedule our service. Friendly staff. Easy appointment scheduling. Fair and honest pricing based on the fact that the technicians are not commissioned but are salaried. The trip fee to access repairs needed was not credited towards repair however it was explained by the fact that the technicians are not paid on commission so their pricing isn't motivated by the money they make but rather the quality and honesty of their work.

Lyle arrived in time promised and did a thorough evaluation of our system to see what the issue was. Mini-split was working when he left. Always happy with the service provided by the folks at Larson Air. They have installed and serviced systems in both of our homes. Would recommend to family and friends. Service: A/C system repair

Larson Technician Richard came out to work on my unit after another AC company told me it needed a bunch of work so I got a second opinion. The technician did a complete diagnostic on my system which needed minimal maintenance. I was so happy with my service I canceled my maintenance plan with the other company and signed up for one with Larson

The company is very professional. They send me an email reminder and text message as well. The maintenance went well. The technician, Sam Nunez is very friendly, patient, educated, ontime, and professional. Highly recommended!

Great service deserves an acknowledgement. I had my air conditioner replaced and a new duct less mini-split AC installed in the master bedroom. Jacob came to look at what I wanted to be done. My house has a very low pitched roof so I was concerned with how the lines for the duct less mini-split was going to to be installed on the particular wall that I wanted it to be on.

At the time, I was not able to give Jacob access to the attic for him to see how tight it was up there. All I had were photos of the attic I had taken in the past. Jacob reassured me that it could be done. He gave a fair estimate and took the time to answer all my questions. Mike, Caleb and Cane were very punctual on the day of installation. Jacob also came to make sure everyone was on the same page and to see if I had any other concerns before work began. Jacob actually went up into the tight attic along with Mike to see if it was going to be feasible.

They had to literally crawl from the attic access which was in the garage all the way to the other end of the house where the master bedroom is located. Thank goodness it was not extremely hot yet because the techs had to make a few trips up in the attic. Mike, Caleb and Cane displayed great teamwork throughout the entire process. They were polite and had a positive attitude. I'm so appreciative that I have a nicely air conditioned home due to their diligent work. Nothing but a wonderful experience with this crew!

This company is awesome, quick response, on time, and professional. Larson air does a great job showing you the options and explaining everything thoroughly. Their install technicians are on time, courteous and explain everything if you have questions. They took great care when they arrived, laying down drop clothes so not to track dirt into the house. IMPRESSIVE. I highly recommend Larson A/C if you need a new system, or maintenance for your existing system.

Larson has been such a great company to work with. They installed a new system and when there were some issues with the new unit the company was very responsive and had it fixed quickly! Top notch business. I have had them out a few times now to fix our AC unit and they have been nothing but honest and informative. This past weekend our heater stopped pumping hot air, so I tried to call Larson and it went to voicemail and I figured they were out for the weekend. Got a text message a few minutes later asking if I needed help, and I got a tech scheduled to come out in 2 hours. Got my problem diagnosed and the repair scheduled for this week.

The repair was completed yesterday and they always send a great report with plenty of pictures detailing the work that was done. I really appreciate the work and it's worth the price. You truly get what you pay for with Larson!

When you need them, they are there. Timely responses for calls, followups, and quick to get you on the schedule. My systems work great, keeps me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Key here is preventive maintenance on your system prior to summer and winter!

Jacob, the person who quoted me on the project, wasn't pushy/aggressive, super responsive, informative and nice. Kyle and Zac were very fast and thorough at installing the AC -- making sure I was fully comfortable before leaving. Kyle and Zac also found a way to do this work while making minimal noise, allowing me to fully focus on work/zoom meetings. We had new thermostats installed yesterday and our regularly scheduled system check (twice yearly). Our technician was Sam and he is amazing. He thoroughly checked our systems and then installed the thermostats. He didn't leave until he tested and made sure everything was working on all three devices and he walked us through how to adjust and set them.

We are in our early 70's and totally appreciate the extra time and care Sam provided. We will be in the market for three HVAC units down the road and we will definitely call Larson's. We will also be requesting Sam for any service needed. This is a family owned business.

Once again, Caleb from Larson came to our home to perform routine maintenance. Earlier this year, we joined their service club, and they contact us when it's time for service Spring and Fall. We have always had Caleb each visit, and he does a great job. Arrives on time and is very thorough. Provides pics of all services performed. The office is great with communication. We're super pleased!

~Terrible Experience~ 1. Installers WENT THROUGH my UNDERGARMENTS; (9.7.21) I notified the project manager same day. I never received a call from the owner for an apology for the inappropriate behavior, but did receive an apology from an install manager. 2. DAMAGED STAIRWELL during installation. (9.7.21) I was told by the project manager that I. would be contacted by the company they use for repairs.

I hadn't heard from this company in the timeframe I was told, so days later, I asked the install manager when the repairs would be scheduled. He said they would call me to set up a time. I never heard from them until after I called Larson Air to follow up regarding the third issue. 3. DAMAGED.

Last week my husband and I dealt with something every Arizona homeowner fears.having your AC unit stop working. Further complicating things is we are in the middle of selling our house. With an upcoming open house, we need a fast repair. We called Larson on a Sunday night and they were out first thing Monday morning. After taking a look at our unit, they discovered a large leak.

They offered 2 options - replace the coil, which wasn't guaranteed to work but was cheaper, or replace the unit outright. Given that the unit was almost 10 years old and not wanting to spend money on a repair that may or may not work, we decided to replace the unit. By Tuesday mid-morning, we had a brand new AC unit installed. I really appreciate Larson hustling to get us a new unit asap to avoid having an open house with no AC (I'm sure that would have been a great selling point). I hope not to need Larson for a long time, but next time I have an AC issue, would definitely give them a call.

Ish Kissinger gave us a quote to replace our heat pumps very professional and thorough. Answered my questions and explained everything to me in detail about the work that would be done. A pleasure to work with.

All of you Arizona people know what it's like in Phoenix in August. My mom needed air conditioning fast and this company was great! Ish was our technician he was very friendly and responsive. Gave us all our options and explained anything we had questions about thoroughly. Competitive pricing based on other quotes, but in the end I chose them because they were the most professional. I felt my mom was in Good hands.

My AC went out, tried getting my old AC place but went 2 days before I heard back that they can't come out. I called Larson Air Conditioning and had someone out to my house in 4 hours and fixed it! The service was so good I signed up for their maintenance plan so no more worries in my AC

I had Larson come out and help us with our remodel project. They went above and beyond with their service. It took a little time to work through some things but once we got those things worked out the service was excellent. They did a complete duct renovation for us and as we are still working to complete our remodel. I will say, the duct work has been complemented on multiple times from the other contractors we have had working throughout the house. I would recommend Larson to anyone looking for AC service. Great service. thanks Lyle! Found someone had been chewing on the wires going to one of the units. Caused a short. taking out the transformer and thermostat. Naturally it happened on the weekend and we got great service from Larson Air. Lesson learned. Protect those wires from critters.
