Blue Magic Pools

Many delays, some due to Covid supply issues. Work all done by subs and never once did the owner/contractor ever check any of the work! Finally after months of contacting Scott I did get some issues corrected. After pool was drained for grout/chalk issue I was left with several rust stains in the bottom of a completely resurfaced pool. I'm not draining the pool a 3rd time in less then a year. I sure hope that my 10 year warranty stands up! Can't say I would recommend this company. Especially if you're a single women!

I recently had my pool resurfaced with plaster by Blue Magic. The process was smooth. I was able to get the job done quicker than anywhere else. Price was reasonable. I really like how it turned out! I also had Blue Magic repair my filter and they helped me with an unexpected leak in the plumbing that happened after the repair (not related to their work). I really appreciated DJ's customer service on that one! Overall I would recommend them. I'm so happy to have all the repairs done and have a little piece of mind.

This guy. He wasn't on time. HE WAS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! His crew was so dang fast and he even helped out with pool filter and pump problems. He physically checked in himself over the 2 weeks following the service to make sure our pool water was chemically balanced (with his own chemicals) and gave us pointers on how to treat the newly plastered pool. TLDR? Great price, faster service and fantastic company. 5 Stars! No matter where I buy a house next, I'm calling Scott.

Had my pool remodeld. Was an absolutely fantastic experience. There were zero surprises. Came out better than could have imagined. Only problem is now my pool looks so awesome I'm gonna have fix up my deck!

If I could do a 0 star, I would. I had my pool renovated by this company in April/May 2018 and in the contract it was requested to fix the leak. The pool was renovated and re-plastered and tiled and that was done in a very allowable time frame. When it came to fixing the leak. different story. They did put a bandaid on the pool because it was close to summer and the pool would have to be drained and that would ruine the new plaster.

However they had to remove part of my deck to do this and now I have to pay to have the deck replaced as well as fix the issue. We had agreed to wait until the fall/winter to complete the pool. I have called and left messages with the company and no call returned. I have a pool that has not been usable in about a year now and I can't even clean it due to the band-aid that was put in place. it doesn't allow enough suction for my filter.

Now after all this time and all the dust storms over the past summer, I can literally shovel the sand out of my pool. It is now getting close to summer again and I can't drain the pool and I end up having to dump endless chlorine in the pool week after week. At this point I will have to find a new company to fix the issue as this company is in no big hurry to fix what they messed up and made worse. Edit: Scott notified me and was able to drain the pool, fix the leak, restore the deck, resurface the deck and refill the pool all within a weeks time.

I appreciate the call back and the timely adjustment. After everything was fixed and after talking to Scott about everything, I would recommend Blue Magic Pools to others in the future.
