Fred was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable! A different big name company tried to take advantage of me and Fred was honest from the very start. He did not try to pressure me into buying equipment I did not need. Excellent workmanship! He really takes pride in his work and I could not be happier! I called this morning (on a Saturday) and Fred was out at our house in about an hour! He took a look at our air conditioning unit and quickly fixed a couple parts on it. Fred was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for keeping our AC system running well. This is one small business that we'd be glad to work with again!

Fred does good quality work and always keeps you updated as the job is being completed. He put in a new AC, furnace and water heater to replace the low quality units that were put in when the house was built. We are able to keep the AC up higher and feel more comfortable in the summer. Our furnace is no longer extremely loud when running.

After receiving a very high quote for a new AC and Furnace from a chain, a colleague recommended Fred & Robin of Paradise Heating & Cooling. Fred and his team are 1st class. I called in on Fathers Day hoping to get on the schedule for the following week. To my surprise, Fred was at the house within 2 hours and pronounced my system dead. It had been repaired and serviced over 20 years and I knew it wouldn't last much longer. He got the system going and pledged we wouldn't be out of cooling if we could be patient while he ordered a new system.
Our new system is in and we love the new programmable features of the thermostat. Having been a contractor for over 25 years, I felt comfortable with Fred and sought no other bids GREAT JOB!

Contractor within Omaha, they came out for the usual heating tune up. They had been servicing my furnace and air for the past 3 years and all of a sudden they wanted to sell us a new furnace, claiming this one was bad. Not a word was ever mentioned in the past three years and all of a sudden we now needed one.

We purchased a new furnace/heat pump from Paradise. The price was great and the install excellent. Fred goes above and beyond to please the customer. He is extremely honest and reliable. I like that it is a smaller shop and that you deal directly with the owners. Fred takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are happy. I highly recommend.
