Scheduled a roof estimate using their online scheduling program. Received email confirmation of date and time. Received text message and email the day before scheduled visit. I replied to both confirming my appointment. I took time off work to make it back home to meet Fivecoat Roofing to discuss new roof installation. Fivecoat Roofing never showed up.

I called, left voicemail on Joshua's answering machine. I texted company, I emailed company. Not a single response. Not a single reply. No sorry for the no show. NOTHING! Fivecoat if you are wondering, I was scheduled Wed. Sept. 22th, 11am. Very dissapointing to miss meetings. To take time off work and for you to no show. And for you to never contact me as to why. Stay clear of these guys. Not worth your time. Many other high quality rooffing companies out there.

Fivecoat Roofing did a great job. They were very professional. David bid the job on what was needed to do it the right way. No low-ball bids then an up- sale to use the correct materials. The crew did a good job cleaning up when finished. Fantastic company, thanks for your help.

The whole crew was incredibly punctual, polite, and professional. We ended up having a leak a few YEARS later, and they can back to fix it no questions asked at no charge. Highly recommend 5 coat.

Stay away! Sherri lied multiple times and wouldn't honor our signed contract. Came home to the employees using our tools and equipment to install the roof. Damaged many items on the property and left many loose ends that we were left with to repair.

I chose Fivecoat Roofing after meeting David and talking through the details for my new roof. He was not the lowest bidder and after the work was completed, I was very glad that I spent another 5% to receive a truly quality job. I'm a retired construction professional and knew what I was looking at as I watched the details that his crew were using.

The installers had decades of experience and knew why they were doing something a certain way, not just because someone told them to. The flashings and accessories were the very best available; they didn't cut any corners. They even installed permanent fall protection anchors without even asking me. The crew worked long hard days and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of every day. I highly recommend this roofing contractor.

We were very pleased with the work and value provided by Five Coat Roofing. They did a whole house re-roof from cedar to the high end laminate. During the quote process, the owner David was up front, easy to work with and didn't play any pricing games. He was familiar with the materials required by the HOA and worked to address the unique needs of our project.

During the cedar shake removal and install process the crew worked safely and quickly. They were very courteous and cleaned up daily. During the final walk through with Five Coat's owner, he answered all my questions and offered to do a re-inspection after some other work is complete that will put folks on the roof. Five Coat Roofing came highly recommended by a friend who had his house and his dad's hour done as well as by an acquaintance in the business in the Portland area. We're really glad we contacted them.

I recently had my roof replaced by Fivecoat Roofing. They did a great job for a fair price. The men were at my house 1/2 hour early each day and worked all day except for 1/2 hour lunch. After the roof was finished everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.

Our roof needed repaired after this winter damaged it. Fivecoat roofing came out to give us a bid. After we decided to go with them we were able to get our roof torn off, dry rot fixed, new skylights put in a a new roof put on. The tear down took a day and the replacement took a day. Both crews worked efficiently and were professional and very polite.

I will recommend Fivecoat roofing to all my neighbors as all of our roofs are at least 20 years old. I just cant get over how beautiful our new roof is and how it changed the look and curb appeal of the house.

Fantastic residential roof replacement job on a steep slope roof. Fivecoat Roofing did it all. Removed the old shingles, replaced everything using top quality GAF shingles and underlayment, replaced vents and even helped coordinate replacement of the rain gutters.

I felt most comfortable working with Dave at Fivecoat. He left samples of the type of roofing and underlayment that would be used and answered all my questions. I couldn't be more pleased with the roof. I even wanted some fascia boards replaced and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fivecoat in the future or recommend them to anyone needing to new roof.
