NW Ventilation

NW Ventilation really helped me out when I had a heating problem. My furnace quit working and the house was cold. They were quick response and were able to repair the problem without breaking the bank. While they were at my house they made some recommendations that will save me more money than I paid them. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence.

This company has prompt and friendly service! if you call them with a need, they will rearrange their schedule to get a tech out to troubleshoot your problem. They keep track of your warranty so you can get reimbursed. THANK YOU friendly office staff and experienced HVAC techs for a good experience!

What impressed me the most was that I was ready to spend 8 to 10 thousand dollars on a new system. The owner who was the one who came out and was doing the initial inspection actually talked me out of it. I am glad he did, it also showed me that he was honest. When it IS time to get a new system I will be asking NW Ventilation to do the work.

My wife and I own a Restaurant in Downtown Camas, Wa and (desperately) needed Air Conditioning in our 100 year old building. We received several bids, and NW Ventilation came in very competitive so we went with them. We were on the verge of multiple 100 degree days that always forces us to close so getting things done quick was imperative.

Dominic Susi came to our home and assessed our heating and air conditinoing needs. We were converting from a wood-burning furnace with electric backup to a heat pump with propane backup system. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. Subsequently, he sent a crew, Sean Butler, Rene Flores and Christopher Susi, to install the new system.

Their office ladies are such a pleasure to work with. They're so fast with getting someone scheduled and out to my house, I never have to wait. Highly recommended! Thank you!

With the heat rising and every place we contacted saying they wouldn't be able to have a technician come out until late in the week NW Ventilation squeezed us in. Sean came out in the evening, was very professional, helpful and kind. Great service.

We called NW Ventilation to come out on a Sunday during a recent cold snap. The heat pump wasn't working due to the cold temperatures and the furnace heater was not coming on so the house was around 64 degrees. The unit for our upstairs was not working at all. When the technician showed up. He looked around and told us we needed a part for the furnace down stairs and the unit for upstairs had a high voltage short.

He said they would order the part and come back to install it and then investigate the electrical short. On Wednesday, 3 days with out heat in our sleeping areas, I called to inquire about the follow up call. I was told they didn't have anything down but they would call the technician. Then Thursday, I received a call that they couldn't source the part for the lower unit and that I should call an electrician for the upper unit.

I read the work order to the NW Ventilation representative that said they would be back. I asked why they have left us without heat since Sunday only to now tell us to call an electrician. She said I could call Dominique to complain. I said she could relay my frustrations and he could call if he was concerned. Of course he didn't call. They charged me $170 to tell me the furnaces were not working! Of course I new that or I wouldn't have had to call. I feel totally ripped off!

We were referred to NW Ventilation. They are very a pleasure to work with and right on price point! We would and have referred them to others. We not only had excellent service, they answered any questions we had.
