Adrian from A&S came over 3rd week of June to fix our home AC, he diagnosed the problem, replaced parts with new ones, and charged us $895 for everything, promising us a guarantee on the functioning of the AC, saying they'd come out and fix it if there ever was a problem in the next few months. We traveled right after, once we came back, 2nd week of July (so less than a month since the repair happened), we realized the AC was not working. Called them, Adrian came over, now tells us that something else, entirely different, is now the problem with the same AC system, and to test it over two days would cost us $350, and of course the repairs / parts post that would be separately charged (we can only assume that will be another close to $1,000 affair). Complete ripoff. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay away.

Adrian was great; he was knowledgeable, personable, and explained the issues with my heating system in terms I could understand. The job was completed well within the time estimate he gave me, and he did me a favor by adding some copper pipe hangers for my plumbing at no additional expense. I highly recommend Adrian and A & S Heating Cooling.

I called around trying to find someone in the business who accepted credit cards. Spoke with Adrian and he said they did, no problem. He came out and gave us an estimate on the repair and that he didn't have any issue installing the compressor which I had already purchased. He setup an appointment to come back out and install the compressor.

STELLAR! We had difficulty finding a competent repair person for an elderly furnace. Made an appointment with Adrian, who was prompt, courteous and outlined the problems with our aged heating system. He took pictures of shoddy repairs that had been done previously and made suggestions for how the problems could be corrected.

After working with my home warranty contractor (complete frustration!) for 1.5 weeks, I called Adrian with A&S. Adrian come to my house that evening (other companies had said at least one week) and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes that the previous contractor could not after three different visits. Basically needed a new control board for my a/c unit.

My heater. (Lennox pulse21) stopped working and the folks who normally do my heater would not come for 3 days. I called A&S who came in two hours. Turned out to be the drain on this high efficiency heater, it was blocked after 20 years of running. The A in A&S is Adrian, he knew my Lennox. Price was ageeable, clearly he was not out to invent things that needed replacing.
