Wonderful experience with Chicago Flooring Innovations. They were very responsive and accommodating of my tight timeline before the movers were scheduled to deliver my furniture. The owners Daniel and Octavian were friendly, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. They did a beautiful job refinishing the floor in my condo to a dark cocoa color. THe floor looks brand new!

They use high quality products and gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my floors. Their prices are very fair, especially considering the quality of products they use. They clearly take great pride in their work. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I first used Marius in 2003 to install the floor in one of the rental properties I own. Since then, I've used him many times to install or refinish floors whenever a tenant would move out. In 2004, I had him install the flooring in my home, a beautiful walnut floor with maple border all along the walls which he designed to follow the layout of our home.

Finally! A contractor that delivers on his promises. I had been looking everywhere for a contractor to install the hardwood floor in our home. After meeting with Dan, honestly speaking, I was a little skeptical about the job he was going to do. His offer seemed to be too good to be true. Dan was very patient in explaining the different options we had for installing wood floors in our condo. He worked with our building management, did everything he could to accommodate us, as well as the neighbors. I can't think of anybody else that could've done a better job than him.
