This is the best company I hired to work for me. They were able to start a few days after I got my estimate. Finished in 3 days, including extra work I asked of them to do. They do more than just flooring, they also fixed my cabinets! Very knowledgeable in the things they do. Really great team (Marcin & Patryk)! The owner Radek checked in to confirm their work. My wife had World Flooring and More to install the laminate flooring in Chicago condo in September 2017. The installer did a great job, and my wife was very happy about it. Last Friday, May 1, 2019, there was huge water from the hallway/chute from through the front door into the condo so that the condo was flooded. My wife was so worried about the floor.

She called the owner, Radek, at the World Flooring and More. She told him about this situation. Radek was very professional and brought a moisture machine to check the floor. He also showed us that the floor was not damage from water. We are very happy to recommend this company to anyone.

I was disappointed with both the result and lack of professionalism of the crew. They locked themselves out of the house which we had vacated for the duration of the project. Debris was left on the front porch overnight. The transition from the hallway to the kitchen was not only unsightly but a large dip from the sanding of the wood was evident. The transition from the kitchen to porch was clunky. The work completely lacked esthetic. I ended up having the kitchen and transitions refinished by another company.
