I arrived from an out of state business trip to discover my house flooded. I called ASAP and thankfully they sent out their best worker Rafael. One of the kindest and hard working guys I've ever been around. It was probably about a 3 to 4 person job and he mostly did it by himself, working his tail off for over 4 days. My wife and I did our best to get our belongings out of his way and he did all the rest. Absolutely amazing thumbs up to Rafael.

I called ASAP Restoration LLC to come out to my house to take care of a leaking water heater that had damaged my walls. Ed and another very nice guy came over, and took care of EVERYTHING! Ed was -very- kind, exceptionally professional, listened to every word I said, and was sympathetic to my situation. He also made himself available to me throughout the entire job, and I could tell his job knowledge was quite extensive (he shared what seemed like a lot of it with me, which was VERY helpful). I could not have asked for a better experience than with Ed and ASAP Restoration. He is a gem. I wish all employees everywhere could be more like him. Thank you, ASAP!

We called ASAP due to some visible mold we found in a rental unit after an old pipe had started leaking in a wall. They sent someone out in less than 24 hours and sent us a very detailed report of the severity of the mold found, with proper remediation protocol. It ended up helping us get out of our lease without a fight from our property management at all. Josh took all of my concerns very seriously, was helpful, gracious, and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend ASAP to anyone looking for fast, quality service!

Josh and his team (Andrew and Nathan) were able to come out same-day to evaluate the water damage we had and provided a written quote within 24 hours that I was able to provide to our insurance. Josh was available to answer any of our questions and was very patient and communicative while we were working through things with our insurance company. We ended up using another contractor for our job as it was more comprehensive than we originally thought.

But would definitely recommend ASAP Restoration based on professionalism and communication alone! Hope I never need to use them in the future, but if I do they will be my first call.

I called ASAP Resto to have some mold evaluated on a property I am purchasing. Josh answered immediately and was able to assist with every question as well as coordinating testing within 2 days notice. It would have been sooner if it was an emergency situation. Unfortunately, I was a victim of insurance fraud with another restoration company and needed help quickly. Josh, the owner, is absolutely amazing and gives hope that there are people out there who care and are willing to help in the time of need and not out to get your money. OMG, I don't know were to start with ASAP, because I am that pleased with them! I spoke with the owner Josh and I loved how I was not pressured to use his company, he gave me so much information and insight about what I should expect, watch out for with other companies and alternative options. he was very transparent and up front no BS about this guy :-) The guys Mike, Raphael and Julian that came to my home to do the work were very pleasant, thorough and got the work done fast.very funny down to earth guys.

They were even available to me during the evening ours. They even clean my garage for me! :-) I would recommend them to anyone that has issues with any leakage problems in their home because they are that good!

Used ASAP for restoration for water damage repair. They were able to book me the quickest as I couldn't use the main bedroom/bath. Workers were subcontractors driving beat-up unmarked pickup trucks. This is my second residence so I was only able to watch the 1st day of construction. Bonnie, who subsequently quit, did a grainy video conference to show work completion (because they want their money) and glazed over significant issues.

They broke a tile without saying anything, the closet used to be smooth melamine shelving and was replaced with grainy particle board, the bathroom tile and grout was spattered in paint because they didn't use a drop cloth, and the quality of craftsmanship was overall subpar. I was able to get ahold of someone else there since Bonnie wasn't answering calls or emails.

They attempted to fix a few things but continued to mess up my place while I wasn't there. The broken tile was fixed but they used brown instead of white grout, they cut the tile INSIDE the house covering the entire place with dust, and managed to saw into another tile, only to cover up the damage by moving a carpet over it. The closet shelves weren't replaced but rather slathered in more primer and paint so it looks and feels like an amateur woodworking project. Icing on the cake is they attempted to charge me for their rework!

I replied to their email honestly and haven't heard back but I don't want these clowns in my house again. If you prize your beautiful residence like I do, stay away and patiently wait for a legit contractor. Icon

Had an odd smell in my home after being on vacation for some time. Received a call from Josh and he was so helpful. He advised me on some steps I can take first before doing a mold test and sent me helpful articles to help me complete the process of elimination. I really appreciate how straightforward and honest he was.

In 2019 we had a flood and ASAP did a wonderful job mitigating and repairing our downstairs bathroom and hall. Currently, we are working with them again for another restoration job and we look forward to them doing another wonderful job. Josh the owner is a stand up guy and will work hard to make sure the job get done.

Joshua's communication was excellent. All of his responses were really quick and really put in an effort to find me the best solutions. It's really hard to find people with such great commitment towards their work. I am glad that I stumbled up on ASAP Restoration. I recently bought a house with popcorn ceilings containing asbestos and needed to have them professionally removed. I got quotes from several companies but ASAP went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and they were able to start work the next day! Josh was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly. The prices were lower than any of the competitors and the work was done very quickly and professionally by a licensed asbestos abatement crew. I have already recommended ASAP to a friend with popcorn ceilings and he hired them for next weekend!

I HIGHLY recommend ASAP Restoration to anyone with water damage. We own a childcare center and they were on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were understanding of our low budget and worked with us to meet our needs at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again with any future issues!

The owner Joshua is great at what he does. He is not only very professional and knowledgeable but also VERY RELIABLE. I capitalized those words because no matter what time I call him, he always answers and is able to come out himself if not someone else from his team will be there within the hour. If your need of restoration or cleanup, I would highly recommend ASAP.

I used this company many times for my rental properties throughout the valley. They have never let me down and the customer is always satisfied as Josh and his team are all great to work with and work with you throughout the whole process. You can't go wrong with them.
