Stripped, color coordinated, and sealed 1200 started feet of Saultillo tile in my home. I was very nervous about the color, the impact on my furniture, and the impact on my walls. Dave, the owner, told me, Vicky we will make sure to do everything necessary so you are happy with the outcome. I am very happy about the outcome and the wonderful way the floor looks.

In addition, I had them install a matching Saultillo tile floor in my Arizona room. You can't tell the difference between it and the original tile in the room opening into the Arizona room. It looks gorgeous! Very dependable, great workmanship and all my beginning"fears" were totally unnecessary. I will definitely go to Mexican Tile Restoration for work on any future tile work. Wonderful company.

The gloss was not a good lasting gloss. It's only been 8 mos. and it has not held up very well at all. A business such as this is as good as it's workmen. Pete was the best and he is ready for retirement. I would use another saltillo refinishing company next time.

We interviewed different companies before settling on Dave and Mexican Tile Restoration. Our saltillo tile floors were old and worn, with several cracked tiles. Dave and his crew came in and completely stripped the floors (about 700 square feet), then painstakingly recolored tiles as necessary before applying several coats of sealer and topcoat. Along with the labor, Dave provided a thorough education for us as homeowners about how to keep out tile looking good for the coming years. We were delighted with the craftsmanship and professionalism displayed by Dave and his team.

Working with Dave Richardson and Mexican Tile Restoration was a pleasure. The company is dependable and each crew did an amazing job from stripping to staining and sealing. The attention to detail and the respect shown to our home was impeccable. It is obvious that these people are not only knowledgeable but also love what they do. Our outdated whitewashed Saltillo tile was transformed from dated to stunning.

Everyone who has seen it is amazed at the difference. I disliked the former tile so much that I had considered removing it but now I am so happy that we chose to restore it. What a fantastic, amazing job Mexican Tile Restoration did! Over the years we had used a product to try to create shine to our Saltillo tile and ended up with a mess. Our tile had a brown black color to it. Dave came in and told me he could get it to it's original color. I honestly didn't believe it could be done but Dave and his crew far exceeded my expectations. It looks like brand new tile! Use this company to restore your tile!

Unbelieveably knowledgeable. After searching for weeks, finally found this site. My husband and I put a satillo Mexican tile floor in our 1860 house in the 1970ies.
