Budget Heating and Air Conditioning! Absolutely fantastic company, from scheduling my appointment with Beverly, the punctuality of arrival and full diagnosis of the issue, to which Moe immediately fixed the AC issue and my AC is running quietly with perfect cooling of my home. This was a second opinion appointment. I was scheduled through American Home Shield with the first company that came out to diagnose my issue.

This man came with not a tool in hand.nothing! Within 2 min told me I needed an entirely new AC system. No diagnostic, not a panel came off my unit, nothing! This was the owner of the company, he literally used his ear to form his diagnosis not kidding, his ear! I called my warranty company, told them all of this, and asked for a second opinion immediately.

American Home Shield scheduled the second company, Budget Heating and Air Conditioning, to come out and give their diagnosis. Moe, the technician came out, took off panels, used diagnostic tools and within 15 min found my capacitor was bad. Moe replaced it, and my AC is humming so quietly and my home is cool and comfortable! No new AC unit needed! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, MOE AND BUDGET HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING!

Best in the business. The app they used to communicate with the customer worked great and kept me up to speed on when the technician would arrive and allowed for me to communicate to him if needed prior to his arrival. Cost was better than expected. Very professional from the vehicles they drive, to the uniforms, to the level of courteousness from the employees. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.

Kirk was very knowledgeable with our boiler system, diagnosed the problem after a few minutes of talking and making his initial observations. Had our system up and running again in a very timely manner, 30 minutes less time then he quoted us even! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of assistance with a boiler or hvac system. Critical:Value Came to my house to provide a quote for replacing a humidifier on my furnace. Rep, seemed very bothered to even by there and gave me an outrageous quote for replacement. Save yourself time and call another company who will actually appreciate your business

We have had Budget Heating and AC at our house for a few years now. First we had them fix our furnace when we moved into our house. They were assigned to us under our home warranty. They did an excellent job and their techs were polite, knowledgeable and respected our home. Since then, we have signed on to have our Furnace and AC tune ups down annually by them.

I love having peace of mind that our heating and air are good to go for the season. They are a great company and I will continue to use them for our heating and cool needs in the future!

Very professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I didn't know anything about heating and cooling systems. I didn't even have a filter. Budget came out, cleaned my furnace, put filter in and installed an air scrubber. After the air scrubber installation, I let it run couple hours and when come back home, all I smell was fresh air. There is no dust, no food smell, no cigarettes smell.

This is the best thing I have done for my home and my health. The tech was super patient with me and with my questions and explained everything one by one. Very very knowledgeable and seems like he loves his job. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Very pleased in every aspect with our experience with Budget Heating and Cooling from start to finish. The customer service (Beverly) was outstanding) The tech (Sam) showed up on time, was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He had our AC up and running in no time. He even gave us some great advice/tips on how to keep the unit maintained, etc. We will definitely be calling Budget for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

Our heat went out on Friday night of the coldest week of the year. We were freezing and desperate. We saw the good reviews and decided to call on Saturday morning. By 2, Sam was here and went straight to work.

Had a great experience with Budget Heating and Cooling. Came out during the agreed upon time, determined the problem quickly and fixed it. Even gave suggestions on how to maintain the unit so we won't have a repeat problem.

Budget HVAC was great! They showed up in time. And were able to inspect our furnace unit and was able to get replacement parts approved ASAP through our Home warranty company. Will be calling them again!

Our heat went out in the middle of the night. We called our home warranty company which referred us to Budget HVAC. They came that same day. Sam was our technician and quickly diagnosed the bad part and replaced it, getting our heat back up and running within an hour of arriving. He clearly explained the problem to me and was very helpful. Everything was professional and courteous.
