I have used this company several times and I will say that AT FIRST the jobs were done great. However, with each job he became more unprofessional with a job performance to match. The last contract he hardly showed at the jobsite at all. Granted this was some years ago. it took me a while to write this review. However I think its important to not that he left the work to be done by unskilled workers, which was noticeable in the work that was performed. Overall, I would definitely not use this company again for any work in the future, and I certainly would not recommend them to any friends or family.

We were extremely pleased with the work by Joe Frei Remodeling and Construction. Joe is meticulous in his work and consistently kept us updated on the status of our projects. Each morning before starting Joe speaks with us and asks if we have any questions or concerns and is very open and responsive to our feedback. My husband and I would highly recommend Joe's services!

Joe and his employee, Cameron at Frei Remodeling were excellent. I spent 9 months trying to find an installer who was willing to remodel my existing 3x3 stall shower and adjacent garden tub into an large walk in shower with oversized, difficult to work with tiles 2'x4' wall tiles and 8"x8" floor tiles with an invisible trench drain. One of the potential remodelers I had strung me along for 3 of those months.

I had just about given up but decided to give it one more try and I am ecstatic that I got in touch with Joe at Frei Remodeling. He took time to ask me a lot of questions to understand my expectations and any concerns I may have. They are not a budget installer by any means, but they do not do budget quality work. He took extra steps to make sure every component of my install was meeting my expectations, kept workspaces clear and clean at the end of each day, and checked in throughout.

The consistent communication, timeliness and quality of work was outstanding. We ran into 1 mishap with a shipping company, who lost a major component, causing a delay, and it took 0 effort from me to stay in the loop of what was happening. He took the initiative of working this out with the company and gave me timelines and options in the process. I will be using Frei Remodeling for every single renovation from here on out.

I recently engaged Frei Remodeling & Construction to convert three full walls surrounding an interior staircase into two pony walls and a wrought iron railing, and to create a pass-through opening from the kitchen to the living room area. The goal was to create a more open floor plan, and Joe and his team did a phenomenal job of turning my vision into a reality.

On day one Joe and his assistant sealed off all surrounding areas with zip walls to prevent dust and debris from entering the adjacent living spaces during demolition, drywall, painting, etc. This is the first time I have seen a contractor take that extra step to protect flooring, furnishings, and personal items during the remodeling process. I could not have asked for better communication while the work was being done. Joe would ask me at the beginning and end of every day if I had any questions or concerns, and he kept me apprised of what was going on every step of the way.

The attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding from start to finish. Joe's understanding of what I wanted to accomplish resulted in a finished product that was even more amazing than what I had envisioned. Frei Remodeling & Construction is a thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented company with a passion for their business and a commitment to ensuring their client's complete satisfaction. If you want a HGTV moment go with Joseph Frei Remodeling and Construction. His work is beautifully done. Very professional and works at wonderful pace to complete the project. You can see he takes pride in his work and the completed project shows the pride he takes. I am so pleased with my new tile flooring in the master bathroom. Joseph Frei and the gentleman working with him gave me my HGTV moment.

Joe was very professional and down to earth to work with. He was reliable and up front with all of his work. Joe did flooring, painting, drywall, bathroom remodels, kitchen cabinet install, kitchen island with electrical, entire mud room remodel and so on.the list goes on and on and Joe did an excellent job with it all. Joe was great to work with. He walked us through every step in remodeling our master bathroom. Joe removed a leaky shower insert and built a beautiful shower with quality materials in its place. He took all of our concerns to heart and more than once said he wanted us to be 100% happy. He is a trustworthy, down to earth guy who listens.

We had major water damage in a master walk-in closet and the entire closet had to be gutted and rebuilt. Joe was the only contractor who actually answered the phone the first time I called and got the process started right away. He was incredibly efficient and did really high quality work. Best of all, he communicated extremely well with us every step of the way. We highly recommend him!

Frei Remodeling took care of everything. They provided samples of tile, grout, shower heads/faucets and made recommendations for tile sizes and placement to ensure a good scale and balance. They worked with me to do anything I asked of them. I particularly like a very pretty tiled window frame. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Joe has done various jobs for myself and my family and honestly I wouldn't hire anyone else! We have had bathrooms and kitchens remodeled, hallways redesigned and a basic closet turned into an open walk-in closet. Every job he has done has left me amazed in the detail and pride he takes in his work. Recently I had both the interior and exterior of my house painted, it was completed flawlessly. Joe is quick to communicate and I am always confident that the job will be done right, with precision and with the best materials. Joe and his crew work hard and get jobs done swiftly- I also rest easy knowing that Joe has insurance for his workers. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and quality of work. I'm already planning my next project!
